No WiFi Moldy Smelling Room Rusty Pipers in Shower Bugs Bed
It was a calm setting, wish the spa was open & the restaurant had more food options
The facilities were clean and house keeping comes daily. A walk to Baie Rouge beach is about 20 mins. Not much activities to do around the area, if any. Another issue is the electricity went off at nights for about 10 mins.
It’s a good place to stay . I would give it an 8/10
Nice staff. The property offers good value.
It was misrepresented as a 4 star hotel with beach access. There were no amenities and were told not to swim by their beach. Expedia should check the hotels they offer because this was a terrible experience
Pretty spot overlooking Simpson Bay. Nice beach restaurant for breakfasts and dinners and fun playground area for kids. Air conditioning wasn’t working well. Hotel was maybe understaffed. Service could’ve been better and the pool area could use a little attention.
The property was extremely cozy, quiet and relaxing. Food was also great, breakfast limited options but dinner was great . Definitely would stay again. The art all around the hotel is amazing. If you stay at the location you MUST rent a car.
Hotel was decorated with different types of unique paintings and art throughout. The room was a good size. Bed was fairly comfortable, however the sheets were rough and made my skin itch. Bathroom wasn't very large and could use some modern touches, but was clean. Room came with a fairly good size patio, where the mini fridge was located (perhaps an outlet issue). I did enjoy the lighting in the room. The pool was a fairly good size, but needed some upkeep. The plastic was quite ‘scratched’ or worn. There was a decent amount of seating, but the cushions were a bit weathered. They also had loungers along the beach which was very nice. Beach was actually a dock area, so very small identified swim area. Hotel grounds were fairly expansive. Hotel did have a restaurant. Buffet for breakfast was €18 without eggs or €22 with eggs. I opted for a cup of coffee for €3. Lunch didn't have a very large menu, with limited vegetarian options. I had a brie salad, which was very good. Dinner was about the same, however my biggest issue with dinner was that it didn't open until 6pm. I got there around 3 for check-in and was hungry, but no other food nearby. Overall adequate hotel with few annoyances.
only thing missing is a nice Beach
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The check-in was easy and Marina at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel owner was personally checking with guests if they were satisfied and needed anything. The gym was small and basic, but was sufficient for my needs. Overall, it was a very good experience.
Service was too slow for most activities and manual

This is a nice little resort. We enjoyed the room and the restaurant very much.
The pool is ok but water could be of better quality.
The personal is often young people from france and they are usually clueless about the island itself but I guess we can figure it out ourselves.
Very quiet evenings, we were wondering if anyone lives there lol
Upon arrival we were greeted by a very unfriendly front desk employee. He was extremely unaccommodating and rude. The property itself was clean but seemed very run down. The restaurant was extremely overpriced with very sub par food ($60 for burger calamari). The property is not on a beach but rather on a lagoon. Suitcases are stored in an old room with limited security. The hotel is very isolated in location. The rooms were clean nice which was refreshing as we did not know what to expect after seeing the condition of the property. There is a nearby Italian restaurant that is very good and is 5 minutes away. Upon shift change at hommage, there was a very nice employee who was very accommodating and helpful which I must say made the experience a lot better.
The hotel is pleasant but has some issues. Parking is limited. One of our sinks was not working correctly as the cold water supply wasn't working. An attempt to repair this led to a water line break which required us to vacate the room for most of the day. When we returned, the cold water was only partially working. Also, the loft level didn't cool adequately with no solution apparently possible. The hallway lighting in the building where our room was located wasn't working one night, requiring us to use our flashlight on our phones. It was odd that staff didn't notice this that night and fix it until the next day. Access to the hotel is on a road that has lots of traffic, crazy drivers of motorcycles and scooters who dart in and out of traffic, creating very challenging driving for visitors who aren't use to the chaos.
VERY QUIET, so if you are going to read or enjoy quiet time it is a perfect place.
However...you MUST get a car as limited food options. Hommage Hotel restaurant food was great, but five mains to choose from, so I started to want more variety. Very few other restaurants in walking distance.
