It was not enjoyable, I will not be back.
Pros:

I only liked the location due to it being so close to downtown Gatlinburg.

Cons:

It was very uncomfortable, the bathroom had several bugs, had wallpaper coming off the wall, had something that looked like blood on the bathroom door.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, hotels location was great being off the main road, definitely quieter. Loved having a balcony, but would have enjoyed a screen over the door to be able to leave the door open for fresh air.

Cons:

Room was very dirty especially the floor, toilet seat was broken, and had ants everywhere. Shower head leaked and water sprayed outside the shower, shower curtain was ripped.

Sería perfecto que pudieran fumigarl las habitaciones, ya que es extremadamente incómodo verlas por toda la habitación.

I will go back to this place again without hesitation.
Pros:

Checked in early and had a problem with the tv not working, the guy at the front desk came right out to fix it.

Cons:

The housekeeping does need to be better. I know you have a small window of time to clean a room, but ours looked like it was never swept or vaccumed. small bugs laying in the floor dead that was never swept up. There was a lot of maintenance issues that can be done to make this a very nice place.

Pros:

My dog every time he went outside and the dog area he would come back his feet when she cheated you just a suggestion but it could be the chemicals they spray on the grass
