We made a great choice. The price/quality ratio was excellent. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location allows for complete peace and quiet, yet it's a short walk to the center.

Pros:

La ubicación espectacular. Muy cerca de la Av principal, caminado o en trolley gratuito con parada frente al hotel. El lugar es precioso justo al lado del rio. Si no fuera por su entorno y ubicación me habría cambiado. Desayuno lo suficiente para empezar el día ,salón comodo

Cons:

El hotel está muy descuidado de pintura en general. En muros, rejas, habitaciones falta una renovación. Aunque las reseñas dicen que hay aseo diario no es así, el primer día no hicieron la habitación, por lo que solicitamos se limpiará al día siguiente. Solo cambiaron toallas, no hicieron camas ni aseo. Las toallas tuvimos que solicitar cambio porque se veían manchadas. Tiene todo para ser un buen hotel pero está descuidado, pasillos oscuros y de aspecto sucio

Nice view from room. Pool was good.

Cons:

Room was so nasty. Dirty, trash left in room. Hair was all in the shower/bathroom and left on top of the sheets on the bed. Definitely need better cleaning staff

Double charged
Pros:

I like the location and overall the hotel.

Cons:

They double charged my debit card for a weeks stay. Took out a extra 703 dollars. When we first went to the office to talk with them about it, the guy was VERY RUDE!!

Got to see multiple bears, very convenient to walk downtown instead of paying $20 to park.

We got to see a live bear .,..he tried to get into my sister's car but settled on the car beside hers .....got him just in time he saw us come out of our room so he came out of the car

Pros:

For being 5 minutes from the aquarium it was a good location. The grass area for walking dogs is great.

Cons:

There was cockroaches in our room (room 204) which only makes me imagine the kitchen. The bed was broken on the right side so it sank lower. The AC barley worked it was HUMID

It was okay, the bed was okay, the room was clean.
Pros:

The room was okay, the towels were rough like they were just wet and dried.

Cons:

The breakfast was bad. The gravy was too watery, the coffee was nasty. They need to hire a cook, the person they have is NOT a cook.
