location
cleaning was not the best. corners had grime cobwebs everywhere
We got to see a live bear .,..he tried to get into my sister's car but settled on the car beside hers .....got him just in time he saw us come out of our room so he came out of the car
Nothing
For being 5 minutes from the aquarium it was a good location. The grass area for walking dogs is great.
There was cockroaches in our room (room 204) which only makes me imagine the kitchen. The bed was broken on the right side so it sank lower. The AC barley worked it was HUMID
The room was okay, the towels were rough like they were just wet and dried.
The breakfast was bad. The gravy was too watery, the coffee was nasty. They need to hire a cook, the person they have is NOT a cook.
Hotel was very convenient to Gatlinburg activities. Really liked that the room was designated as "pet friendly " and had hardwood type floors. One negative thing is we could not get the outlets or usb by the bed to work.
Maintenance needs to check outlets and usb connections by the bed.
Clean, comfortable beds
Parking
The price was very good, i like how big the hotel rooms are and i do enjoy sitting on the balcony with every stay. The free breakfast is okay too.
I didnt care for the staff very dull and eh. I did not like the pool not being open my son was very upset and part of the reason we were staying at this location is because of the hotel said the pool would be open.
Great location
The smell of pot coming from one of the rooms by us on the balcony’s
Great location other than trying to head towards Pigeon Forge. It’s hard to turn left. Limited sight due to walls and lots of traffic. It was a decent stay for the price.
Could definitely use some updating. Breakfast was okay but never changed. Minimal at its finest.
Room was clean and large. Room was worth what we paid for.
Location
Breakfast could’ve been better,
Elevator took a long time
Parking was limited
