The room smells of molded scent , I had to used air freshener and Lysol spray

After I encountered an issue with my reservation, she went above and beyond to get everything sorted out and made sure I was comfortably situated with a room as quickly as possible. She was patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process, which turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Her excellent customer service and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Danyielle, for making me feel valued and taken care of. You truly made a difference in my stay!

the one incredibly rude asian staff member “helping” me at the desk was probably the worst experience of my entire life.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I booked a suite because I was traveling with my 2-year-old child, but the room had a noticeable mold issue and excessive moisture, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and air quality.
In addition, the location was quite noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. When I brought my concerns to the staff's attention, I found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. Despite the condition of the room, management was unwilling to provide a full refund, which I felt was inappropriate given the circumstances.
The breakfast was also below expectations. My son, who is typically not a picky eater, refused to eat it altogether, which further reflected the poor quality of the food offered.
Overall, I found both the customer service and management to be unprofessional, and the condition of the accommodations was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others.
