Dirty sheets. The hotel didn't have any clean sheets.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

MY DAUGHTER'S ROOM: The sheets on one of the queen beds were dirty, as were the sheets on the sofa bed. She asked for clean sheets and was told that they didn't have any. My daughter and her two young sons slept in her SUV BOTH NIGHTS. Her older sons stayed in the room. (boys)

MY ROOM: Upon arrival, I reported a urine smell in my room. The desk clerk advised me that there we no more rooms available. He spayed air freshner. The next day I asked for 4 wash clothes. The cleaning lady gave me 3 and said she had no more.

We were visiting Tampa for my granddaughter's wedding. My daughter didn't want to upset me by telling me about the rooms. That''s why I didn't file a complaint while I was there. I didn't find out until we got back home.

I will be filing a formal complaint and requesting a refund.

Booking.com never transferred the reservation to the hotel. I sat there for an hour and half waiting for reservations. Then when finally got a number to call Booking.com the person on the your end was very inconsiderate and uncooperative. It was a bad night to say the least. If charged me it must be refunded immediately. I ended up paying at the front desk. Thanks

"We were very pleased"
Pros:

The room was very nice and spacious, we really enjoyed and appreciate how big the 2 room suite.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing, it wasn't enough food, and not enough variety of choices.

Will not choose to stay again
Pros:

Typical hotel, nothing stood out

Cons:

Asked multiple times for towels to be delivered to the pool. Many of us using the pool. Was told later that day that there was low staff and priority was getting all the rooms ready and checking people in. It takes 2 min out of the day to drop off towels so we didn't have to walk through the hallways wet to the room to dry off. Jodi Recker was the manager that day and didn't seem too concerned with the situation

This will definitely be a pinned location for all of our Tampa travels from now on.
Pros:

We came in late and only stayed for the night, checked out early after breakfast. The room was perfect for our family and so much nicer and cleaner than our last visit not far from this location.

Cons:

We didn’t stay long enough to notice any negatives if there were any.
