The value, the cost, the location. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very friendly when we were in need of something. They told us they clean the rooms every three days unless asked and it was nice to know that.
The bed was too hard, the bed also needs new pillows and sheets. The rooms need to be updated and also need a guide for the tv instead of having to look on the actual tv to find a channel that works. The staff was friendly so that was a plus.
Staff were extremely rude. Key stopped working the next day and Coy was very rude when I asked for the key to be reactivated or rekeyed. The key still didn’t work when Coy supposedly reactivated/rekeyed and had to go back to the front desk to have the key done again. The room had a smell of mildew and mold and the ceiling seemed to have recently been fixed from a leak, however still had a huge bubble in the ceiling. Also the shower and sink had very low water pressure. The AC unit was extremely loud. Did not have a kitchen as indicated. Room was outdated and the mattresses were ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD and needs to be replaced immediately.

Didn't say on booking that they was going to take 100 dollars per room for a deposit, it smelled bad in the rooms lighting was bad tile was broken in the bath rooms, water presser was bad, they had a car meet there they was outside all night and the furniture was all banged up and scratched for what we paid a night will never go there again
No big issues, a few minor inconveniences that didn't really bother us to much. Breakfast was good and hot.
The tubs need to be replaced and a little safer to get in and out of. We definitely slipped but didn't fall.
The hospitality and customer service was awesome. The breakfast was great. The lady very friendly.
There was no blanket or extra pillows for the fold out couch.
