Cons:

They don't clean the rooms, and the one time they did, I asked them to please do it, and they did a bad job. The bath towels were all dingy, dirty, and stained. It's terrible; you spend money, you pay for good service, it's not free.

Pillows. Everything ready when I arrived.

Cons:

Shower seat looked dirty. Room carpet looked nasty. Missing carpet right at entry door. Morning desk attendant could be friendlier.

The property was very well lit at night

Cons:

Elevator did not work TV in room did not work. The clothes hanger in the closet was falling off the wall. The tub needed to be clean better and the pancake maker was not working. They tried to fix it and then the pancake started working and then it started burning and then stopped working. Had to report it to the front desk so they could come unplug the pancake maker.

The clogged and BACKED UP BATHTUB DRAIN summed up the entire visit. It is dirty and unsanitary to have filthy backwater

Bed was comfortable and towels/sheets were clean

Cons:

So many things didn't work: the AC, the button on the elevator, the plug for the bath drain, the fridge didn't work nor did the ice machine on our floor, the hot tub wasn't very warm and the water was dirty. Just seemed like a lot of small annoyances for the price being so high. Carpet was also pretty sticky.
