Hard to get past dirty sheets in the bed.

There were many black hairs in our bed sheets. Not sure if sheets had been changed or not. Regardless, bed sheets were not clean. Very unacceptable.

While the room was clean, the staff was grumpy and housekeeping never showed up.

The room and bathrooms were clean

Cons:

Staff was not happy when I simply asked them to refill a few breakfast items. Housekeeping completely ignored our room for the duration of our stay, even after I made two separate requests for service.

It was good for what we needed.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The television was a little bit confusing and the selections were not great.

The breakfast was so so. The potatoes were not completely cooked. The coffee was lukewarm and there was only one selection for cream and it was flavored and no regular half and half.
It was very disappointing.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy access to highway, great staff.
Pros:

Clean rooms (ours was a pet friendly room), comfortable beds, good complimentary breakfast & good location. Excellent front desk staff, very friendly & very accommodating.

Everything was clean, and breakfast is provided and good. Always love a waffle machine! Staff were very friendly.

Quiet Clean Comfortable feel welcomed
Pros:

Everything was quite clean and close. Really quiet neighborhood well lit area. Maybe put a smoking bench area in the back overlooking Pendelton would be nice other than that cant complain. Good stay.

Cons:

Shower tub area could use some grip mats kind of slippery and I had a handicap room.

Did not notice any bad odors. The bed did not offer any support. Hotel seemed worn.

OK but because if fan noise I wouldn't stay again.
Cons:

Fan in bathroom was on constantly and was NOISY. No switch to turn it off. Even with earplugs could be heard all night.
Towels were thin and not many. No dark washcloth for makeup.
