Het hotel is erg praktisch en voordelig voor reizigers zonder al te hoge eisen.
Pros:

Het hotel is gunstig gelegen naast het centraal station. De kamer had een wastafel met kraan. Het toilet en de douchecabine bevonden zich vlakbij op dezelfde verdieping. Het personeel is vriendelijk.

Im Wesentlichen Alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Teilweise sehr staubig im Zimmer, v.a. eine dicke Schicht auf dem Schrank, sodass ich den erstmal putzen musste.
Im Schrank leider nur ein Brett und eine Stange - Koffer auspacken? Keine Chance.
Die Bäder/Duschen sind auch mehr als veraltet und nicht mehr wirklich hygienisch...

Lovely place in the city center of Cologne. Unique classic hotel vibe

Staff
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Both receptionists were very polite and pleasant. It really feels like you are staying as a guest, not a client.
Breakfast
The breakfast is simple but tasty, with a good choice of options: scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, porridge, jams, toast, and many other things. The coffee served at breakfast was the best coffee I've tried in Cologne – even better than some fancy specialty coffee shops and airport business lounges.
The guy preparing breakfast offered to make us some additional scrambled eggs when they ran out, as we came a bit later for breakfast. So I definitely recommend booking a room with breakfast. It is tasty and reasonably priced, especially compared to the cafés around the hotel.
Vibe
The hotel is old-fashioned, which gives it a unique atmosphere. It feels a bit like being in "The Grand Budapest Hotel" movie(in a positive sense). There is a lot of wood, old pictures, and other charming details.
The place is also very quiet and calm, despite being located right in the city center.
Location
As I mentioned, the hotel is located right in the city center, near the central railway station. This has a lot of benefits. On our first day, we didn't even need to use public transport, as the main sights are within walking distance.
Price
It was one of the cheapest options I found, but the quality definitely makes it worth the price.

Cons:

Fortunately, the disadvantages are not too serious, and most of them could be easily fixed.
First, I want to mention that there were no mosquito screens on the windows in our room. Also, the lamp was hanging quite low, so it was easy to hit your head on it.
There is also no elevator (although this is clearly stated in the description, so it's just a fact), and the old-fashioned water taps were quite difficult to turn on and off.
However, these disadvantages are minor, and overall I had a very pleasant stay.

Goedkoop, centraal, lekker bed maar gehorig en niet mega schoon.

Cons:

De deuren die allemaal heel hard dicht klappen zodra iemand naar de gang moest voor de wc of douche. Dat was een mega nadeel. En is makkelijk te voorkomen door zacht rubber aan de binnenkant te plakken zodat het geen harde hout tegen hout klapt.
Ook vond ik het niet echt schoon. Erg veel stof tegen de plinten / aan de zijkant van de vloerbedekking.

W hotelu jest pełno pluskiew. To było obrzydliwe! O 2 w nocy opuściłam hotel i wróciłam pociągiem do domu.

Stopover in a modern city
Pros:

The hotel is located in the centre of Cologne, next to the railway station so is very easy to get to by either public or private transport . Cologne is a mostly modern city dominated by the cathedral which is well worth a visit.

The hotel is easy to find and close to various facilities.
