Centralt läge som väger upp det slitna men ändå gästvänliga hotellet.
Pros:

Läget var bäst. Trevlig personal. Personal 24/7. Frukosten var bra. Vi är vana större frukostar på hotell men fanns ändå det vi önskade. Lite småvarmt, nybakat bröd, pålägg, yoghurt, frukt, juicer m m. Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Mycket liten toalett med dusch på rummet. Inget för ”storvuxna” personer. Slitet, men ok för några nätter.

Sehr einfaches Hotel, maximal 2 Sterne für eine Nacht ok.
Pros:

- Top Lage am HBF
- Personal freundlich
- Relativ ruhig Nachts

Cons:

- Gefühlt alles im Hotel kaputt (Türklinke reißt ab, Duschkabine fällt in Einzelteile zusammen)...
- Zimmer extrem staubig. Überall liegt Staub.
- Bad riecht modrig leicht nach Schimmel
- Duschkabine voller Kalk und Schimmel
- Wasserdruck beim duschen schlecht und wechselt ständig von warm auf kalt und umgedreht.
- Luftentfeuchter im Zimmer deutet Feuchtigkeitsprobleme an
- Die meisten Zimmer haben draußen ein Gemeinschafts WC (ich hatte ein kleines Bad)

(b) We did not know where the substitute hotel (The Classic Harmony Hotel) was located.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, zu Fuss zur Messe über den Rhein 25min.

Cons:

Das Bad hat schimmlig gerochen, die Duschtür ist kaputt gewesen, das Hotel sollte mal renoviert werden. Für 163EUR war das leider nicht gut. Auch wenn gerade Messe ist.

Eine zentral gelegene, saubere, preiswerte Unterkunft.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Das Haus hat alten Standard. Es ist sehr sauber. Günstiges und gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Angesichts des Preises bin ich sehr zufrieden. Treppenhaus und Bad im Zimmer haben Gebrauchsspuren, sind aber blitzsauber und es funktioniert alles.

Lo mejor la atención y la ubicación
Pros:

Personal muy Amable y Sonrientes, El hotel está en pleno centro, a 2 cuadras caminando de la Catedral, El desayuno me gustó demasiado y a buen precio, el check in perfecto sin novedad, nos entregaron la habitación antes, Recepción 24 horas, a nosotros hablamos español, el personal habla inglés y logramos entendernos con ellos con lo básico,

La habitación es pequeña, el hotel es antiguo, pero la relación calidad precio es justo y compensan con otras cosas

Pros:

У готелі було дуже чисто й затишно. Особливо хочеться відзначити чудового працівника на рецепції — дуже привітний та уважний. Сніданок також сподобався. Залишилися приємні враження від перебування!

Не сподобалось що туалет і душ в коридорі і кімната була дуже маленька

Für ein kurzer Kurztrip nach Köln war das Hotel perfekt. Preis/Leistung ist völlig zufriedenstellend

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Köln. Die Lage war perfekt. In 5 Minuten waren wir am Rhein, in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Das Hotel ist schon älter, einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück am Morgen sehr ausreichend und gut.

The staff were very nice

Cons:

It was a carpeted floor, there was mould in the bathroom, curtains were dirty and cobwebs everywhere. Also was very cold as the heater was broken as well. Should have paid extra to stay somewhere else for the value
