Club Amaris Apartment

All good except poor cooking facilities not even a toaster or microwave

This was one of the most horrific places I’ve ever been to! Needles to say I left within minutes! The bathroom was so dated, dirty and dark. You could mould everywhere around shower area! The table in the so called living space was a garden plastic table as were the chairs! All old and broken around edges. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sit on and really small. The balcony area if you want to call it that was awful. You literally step out from
The patio doors and you can stand in that confined area which is meant to be a balcony! We had to pay for air con in the room which was basically only one unit in the bedroom! The bedroom was a decent size but both single beds were placed directly under alcoves so you you’d get a lovely bump every time you get in and out of bed!
This was absolutely awful, the lifts are so tiny and very restrictive! When we arrived we simply walked through a courtyard with other guests all by the pool! No security gates or anything! This was alarming as anyone can just walk on over to you! Expedia, needs to take this down! Awful hotel and is a generous 1 star! Avoid at all costs!

Great location

I am very happy with Club Amaris Apart - the service was very good, cleaners were amazing and the room was as described with a fridge / stove and accessories. It was a good price, and in the perfect location - not too much noise, as opposed to if we were staying in a hotel on the beech front it's very noisy / club location. This hotel was 7 minute walk from the beech and was in a more quiet area, right near the shops and restaurants. The WiFi was interesting as it only worked on the balcony/ reception area and not in the room, however, this was good because we enjoyed the less internet/ phone holiday. The pool is very cold but once you're in, then it's fine. Overall I would recommend this hotel

Большой и светлый номер, приятный персонал, и самая дешёвая цена из всех отелей, что мы были в Турции! Очень хорошее расположение сделали бы этот отель идеальным, если бы не одно но: бешеные пьяные англичане ржали,пили, орали, падали в бассейн, с раннего утра до часу ночи! Ничего не поможет и не спасёт, забудьте про сон! вы будете ощущать себя все пребывание в центре шабаша ведьм!

Fazla beklenti içinde olanlar gitmesin çalışanlar güler yüzlü konumu güzel temizlikte biraz daha hassas olunabilinir çok yabancı turistin olduğu park yeride sıkıntılı bildiğiniz konaklamak için apart klozet sabit değildi sürekli ses çıkartıp sallanıyordu

klima kumandamız biz istemeden verilmedi. Temizlik için görevliler her gün geldi ama yüzeysel temizlikten öte değildi. Çocuk oyun parkı çok kötüydü. Fotoğraflarda anlatıldığı gibi değildi. Tahtadan çıkmış çiviler vardı içerisinde. Söylediğimiz halde 2 gün sonra çivileri çıkardılar oyun parkından. Çitler de kırıktı. Çocuğa zarar verebilecek herşey içinde vardı. Temizlik için gelindiğinde kurutma makinemizi yerinde bulamadık. Sıcak su geç saate kalmıyordu. Çocuğumu hep soğuk suyla yıkadım. Duşakabin yerine duş perdesi vardı. O da yetersiz olduğundan her duşta banyo su içinde kalıyordu.

Otel genel olarak yabancı misafirlere hizmet verdiği için türklerle pek ilgilenmiyorlar diye düşündük,çarşaflar ve havlular çok eski, otel genel olarak eski olduğu için büyük beklentiyle gitmemek gerekiyor ,tek güzel yönü havuzu temizdi...tekrar tercih etmeyiz...

Rowdy groups,noise and trouble .Not recommended for families very poor accommodation and had to contact reception twice on 2 separate groups of lads in adjoining room ,causing noise bad language and aggression all night.

Good location with stirs and restaurants
Close to sea.

Basic but clean and well maintained.
Extremely helpful in light of our early arrival due to flight changes by Thomas Cook. They found us a room for the extra night at no extra cost.

Did not like
1. Have to extra for A.c. also locker.
2. Swimming pool is front of the hotel. Not good for people who loves privacy.

Really enjoyed our stay in Club Amaris. We were given a room right by the swimming pool which made it convenient as we have two children.

The staff especially Ibo (Ibrahim) really looked after us and was very helpful in recommending activities for families.

There is a Taxi stand 2 mins away and many supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. The Blue Port shopping centre and the Beach is only a 10 minute walk.

Finally the rooms were nice and clean, only thing missing was a TV which we didn’t really need. The cleaners were in every day and respected our privacy when we were in. Overall happy with the service and the hotel location.

We have travelled to many resorts in Turkey over the years and have to say we enjoyed Marmaris. However the facilities at Club Amaris were extremely basic. The room was billed as an apartment, however it was really just a bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area. There was one pot no toaster or adequate amounts of cutlery. The room was very clean however and the maid service excellent. The pool area was well maintained although in high season you might struggle to get a sunbed. The bar was a little pricey and the staff only interested in guests who wanted to drink in the bar all afternoon. I would say the rooms could do with some new wardrobes and furnishings as it all looked rather tired. Liked the resort but would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Staff very friendly upon arrival, very pushy about joining their own nights and eating at the hotel despite being self catered and wanted to go out at night. Staff did not respect that we wanted to leave the hotel and were rude on occasion and ignored us afterwards. Very pushy into buying more drinks after saying no, at one point were offered drinks on the house but was however added to our tab anyway. Leaving the hotel became a daily mission to avoid the inevitable bombardment of offers from staff and was often very uncomfortable. Overall the staff were very friendly if you accepted all their offers and spent loads of money and the hotel.facilities themselves were excellent, the treatment and uncomfort at the hands of some staff members made our stay slightly unpleasant

Great staff, nice location about 15 min walk from beaches and water side. Market and grocery nearby, kitchen has some dishes and basic stuff for cooking.
Too much noise from outside and the restaurant bar music. Rooms are not soundproof and you can hear outside and the neighbours.
Towels were not clean and I strongly believe that they are not washed properly or at all. WiFi may not be available in the room unless you are near the restaurant and the connection is intermittent and poor. We did not try anything at their restaurant but checked out the food at the Turkish night and it was overpriced and not appealing. We went to another restaurant of better food quality and deal nearby based on the tripadvisor review. Turkish night offer of the hotel restaurant was not worth more that 25 TL.

Clean, friendly, comfortable. Away from the action of marmaris seafront and old town but made it relaxing and peaceful round the pool and the beach, restaurants and bars were only 10 mins away. No tv or toaster. Didnt get fresh towels everyday or fresh bedding but room was cleaned. Bar staff worked really hard all morn, day and night serving, cleaning and entertaining. Would stay again because was great price £10 a night, clean and good value and ee didn't mind walking to the beach. (There is a taxi rank straight outside the hotel otherwise). Probably could have asked for towels but had our own.

This hotel was cheap but not cheerful. Our room was in a semi-basement and very dark and gloomy.There were hairs in the basin of the bathroom. However the hotel was close to our car rental return and to the Cousins Restaurant ,which is very good.
