Cons:

Die Beschreibung des engen Parkplatzes ist eindeutig untertrieben. Die Einfahrt in den Hinterhof ist unzumutbar eng. Es gibt keine Anzeige .. ich habe mir die Felge komplett zerkratzt. Hinten angekommen, muss man wenn man Pech hat rückwärts wieder rausfahren weil nicht mal Platz zum drehen bleibt wenn 3 Autos parken.
Die Beschreibung eines verfügbaren Parkplatzes finde ich hier definitiv übertrieben und schlicht weg falsch.

Struttura datata. Non c'è supporto all'ingresso dell'area parcheggio dove l'accesso è molto stretto e si rischia di rovinare gomme dell'auto, nessuno che ti aiuta a far manovra.

Freundliches Hotel zentrumsnah.
Pros:

Sehr freundlich vom Chef bis Personal.
Palmgarten ist in der Nähe auch Gastronomisch ist in der Nähe einiges geboten.

Cons:

Leider ist die Zufahrt zu den Parkplätzen für Mittelklasse Fahrzeuge sehr eng, für meinen X3 mit Breitreifen nicht möglich gewesen

Nicht gut brot xwar sehr alt u kalt Käse war alt aber die Personal ein Dame sie war nett aber Rezeption Personal am 14/10 morgen beim checkaut ein so 55- 60 jährige Mann er war sehr kompliziert u unfreundlich alles ich mich beschwert habe hat mich überhaupt nicht zugehört
Die putz Frau ich glaube einb indiean Dame war sehr sehr net

Zimmer war ohne Heizung bis morgen war Temperatur so 10 -12 grad wir sind gefroren ab 12 Rezeption war leer keine hat zu gehört Wände sehr sehr schmutzig in Zimmer 2001 kein Ahnung Blut kaffe oder was das war sehr ekelhaft kulschrank defekt
Ein Junge Mann aus Afghanistan war in Rezeption er war sehr sehr net aber er könnte nichts dafür er hat uns ein kleine strum Heizung in Zimmer gebracht einfach Mann hatte nicht das Gefühle das Mann in deutschland ist unglaublich zwei sehr schlechte Nächte hatten wir verbracht

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:

I really liked the neighbourhood where the hotel was located. It was conveniently close to the venue for my work event; the district was clean, and the people were well-mannered in that district.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty, worn-out, and in need of renovation. The shower enclosure was covered in grime, the doors and walls were scuffed, and the bar, reception, and corridors looked shabby. The kitchen equipment visible from the restaurant also appeared untidy and poorly maintained.
We were particularly disappointed by the lack of professional customer service. Staff communication in English was difficult, and when we reported that an umbrella cover had gone missing from a room, no one seemed genuinely interested in helping us. The manager raised his voice instead of addressing our concerns, and even our request for his name was met with an unnecessarily hostile response.
Checking out was also an uncomfortable experience. A receptionist insisted on inspecting our room, making us feel as though we were suspected of having left it in poor condition, even though everything was in order. The entire situation caused unnecessary stress.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and the hotel fell far below our expectations. This was especially disappointing given that we stayed during the Frankfurt Book Fair and paid over €850 for just three nights — approximately three times the usual price. The experience was simply not worth the money.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Ich hatte leider in meinem ersten Zimmer eine Bettwanze entdeckt. Nach der Meldung an die Rezeption habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, wo ich kein Tierchen mehr gefunden habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nichtsdestotrotz war die Erfahrung unschön.
