Location suited our purpose.
1. Check-in staff seemed overwhelmed and not welcoming; despite trying to lift their mood with conversation.
2. The deposit was a surprise - meaning there was no mention in the booking requirements; but there was a notice on the reception counter **The deposit was for potential room damages and was refundable upon check-out after their checks.
3. We checked in around 3.30pm (their required time) and there were no towels until after 10pm - we had to follow up a few times.
4. There was a notice in the room about smoking that could be better worded (less intimidating)
5. When we entered the room there was a dead cockroach, built-up dust on light fixtures- so the hotels basic duty of care was a stark contrast to their expectations of their guests :(
The room rate does not match with the quality of the room. I think it’s better to see other hotel rooms in Nadi Hotel that offer the same rate but provide more comfortable beds and room in general.
I paid for poolside room expecting it to have two beds as per the infor given. I wanted separate beds cos I was travelling with my teenage daughter. We were given a one bed room. There was no towel in the room. Have to go to the front desk and ask again.

We stayed here for the day after arriving from Nadi International Airport to rest before travelling to Suva later that evening.
Unfortunately, the room was very dirty, with cockroaches running across the floor and on the bed. There was also a strong stale smell throughout the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned, and no towels were provided—we had to ask twice before receiving them.
When we raised the issues, we were informed that this was the best they could provide for the day because they were fully booked, despite our reservation having been made several months in advance.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and we would not recommend staying here.
Central location.. close to eateries and shopping centre
Old and filthy. Cockroaches and bed bugs in the room. Sleepless night . I booked via booking. com and i got a very poor service. Staff are friendly but hotel need to upgrade their system
There were a few issues during my stay that affected the overall experience. The room had an unusual smell and the AC did not work properly. I was also asked to provide a cash deposit, which was inconvenient, having a credit card option would be much more practical for travelers. While I understand security walking guests to their rooms, I felt uncomfortable when the security staff asked for the key and entered the room. As a solo traveler , this felt unnecessary and impacted my sense of safety.
The staff absolutely lovely, pool and restaurant was great . Also Very close to resultants and bars. Only a quick ride in a Taxi or buses to town , beach and airport.
Nothing
Took out a family size apartment for two nights. Stayed for one night. Issues as follows
- old furniture would be fine but surfaces not cleaned
- shipping labels still on fridge but baby cockroaches visible under sticky tape making up labels
- bed mattress filthy and had blood stains
- overall surface filth - went to local 24 hour store and bought cleaning cloths which quickly became black with grime from cleaning
- upon arrival we were asked for FJD$100 deposit so they could give us tv and a/c remotes. Some were broken.
- it isn’t a tourist area. That said there’s a cake shop in the nearby shopping centre which does very good cakes and is well priced. There’s also a nearby cinema which looks ok but we didn’t go.
If you want to see an area of Fiji where there are basically zero Australian tourists (and possibly no tourists at all) then do visit the local area. Otherwise avoid.
Complained to booking.com who credited booking fee. Complained to hotel and got no response.
Very nice pools
Room was dirty
I stayed at this resort for four nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. My room (606) was never serviced during my entire stay, despite several reminders to the housekeeping department.
The room itself was located far from the main area, and when I requested a porter to help me with my luggage, I overheard an elderly staff member outside speaking in iTaukei, saying “Ratou qori sa rui levu ga na ka eratou vakerea” (meaning “They are asking for too much”). That was quite disheartening to hear as a guest.
It was also concerning that the Indian lady who appears to be in charge stayed in the back office, seemingly making decisions for her team without directly addressing guests or offering any apology.
The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, but unfortunately, the poor attitude and lack of genuine hospitality from some staff really spoil the experience. Smiles at the front desk felt plastic and insincere.
The location and the pool
The ac is not cool enough, the bed is not in good condition.
Nope
Very slow service from front staff no soap were provided until asked for no mini shampoo or conditioner was provided even we asked for it ..a bar soap given bath room got blocked in 5 minutes water was going all corners of the room no spoons or plates overall pathetic choice to choose this hotel I regret paying 268 fjd for this kind of room. Overall shouldn’t even get 1 star
