Room cleaning. As my kids arrived at 2pm and they were told.to wait as the room were not cleaned. So they had to wait for an hour intil their first room was done whete they get on mad had tp wait for their second room.

Over it was comfortable and had great staff and views from our room
Pros:

I liked the fact that staff were always willing to help and solve our problems.
I also liked that they allowed family visitors to visit

Cons:

The room was not as clean as I expected it to be, there were fake finger nails still on the side tables and in the bathroom sink areas.
I did not like that there was no free wi-fi and that laundry service was ridiculously expensive

The room is huge. Staff are kind and very helpful.They help us carried all our luggage up the stairs to the top floor where our room is.

Wonderful location, mixed feelings about the room change.
Pros:

The location wins. Sea wall, park, town, and market are all within walking distance if you enjoy walking.

Cons:

Our flight was cancelled, so we needed to extend our stay. When we booked the extra nights at the front desk, we were moved out of the room we had booked through Booking.com and into the apartment next door, which was a lower standard than the first. We were told the original room had a new booking, yet it stayed empty for the rest of our time there. We started calling it the Booking.com room. We were the same guests either way, and we would have appreciated staying where we were.
