average - please fix the odour of your pillows.
Pros:

Good location, staff were very friendly

Cons:

Pillows smelt foul and were unusable - needed to use a bath towel as a pillow.
Cleaners left bathroom a mess

Pros:

Location to the city centre and resturants.

Cons:

Everything. No clean towels, bed sheets. Showers not clean and room not cleaned before we checked in. Everything was dusty. When askes for extra bed sheets, the security guard was trying to find a non smelly one in the dirty laundry. Pool was green and used by locals, my kids were not able to use it.

Bugs on the bed and rooms. Had to get bedding changed at 11pm at night there were blood stains on them. Towels were ripped as well.

Was told upon checkin that had to pay direct, Prepayment we know means charge to card with number given. only one room was on reservations. had to pay $50 cash for some bond unawware of prior. limited parking, had to park outside

Relaxing & value for money.
Pros:

Good air conditioning, pool was kid friendly. Friendly staff especially room cleaning service & reception staff.

No elevator - harder to carry luggage up to top floors.
