Cromer Country Club

Very comfy huge bed with fresh white linen, duvet was perfect, kitchen well equipped apart from only having 2 teabags for the two of us for two nights however we always take our own when travelling.
We would have used the take away facility if the kitchen had been able to box up the fish pie from the main menu as we don’t like pizza/burger meals.
Bath towels were small and quite thin but the bathroom blow heater was very efficient, no bath mat.

This is our fourth stay here and as usual it was a very efficient check in, by friendly staff. The villa was lovely and in great condition. Spacious bedrooms and very comfortable accomdation. We will be back!

Unusual bureaucratic sign in procedure requiring endless signatures unlike any other hotel I've ever stayed in!

Very poor in communicating that the property was self catering and we had arrived by train. Also I have issues with the landscape that is not conducive to a handicapped individual. I had to hire a cab to go to the local grocery to purchase food for breakfast. Had I have known that breakfast was not available I would have purchased groceries prior to arrival. Obviously we will not be rebooking at this establishment

Very impressed with the overall experience of our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The studio rooms were very well equipped and had some nice touches like dishwasher and coffee machines. Even tea towels, filter coffee and washing up liquid included !! Decent warm pool and hot tub. Restaurant wasn't bad and reasonably priced. Would definitely come again.

Reception staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Always greeted you with a smile and very willing to help.
The chalet itself was clean, spacious and stocked with utensils.
The site is hilly so be ready for some exercise.
Getting into Cromer town on foot or by car was easy.
I never tried the dining facility on site, so cannot comment.
overall a pleasant stay and would be happy to stay again.

From the moment we arrived to the time we departed, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our one bedroom apartment was immaculately clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for the 4 night stay.

Nice accommodation, could walk down hill to beach. Nice pool, though not open late eve & children can’t use spa.

Apartment was well appointed and clean. Location was quiet with a lovely walk to cromer along the cliff path. We also walked to Overstrand but the path was narrow with lots of nettles.

The pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi were great and not too busy.

Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Parking was crowded and sometimes difficult to find a space late at night.

Stayed for two nights and a great location for exploring the area. The accommodation was fabulous, very spacious and well equipped. I didn’t use the pool but you do need your own towels for the pool: or pay £2 a time. The gym is ok for an occasional workout

Nice property in good location

Was a lovely place. The indoor pool was great for our grand daughter whos 9. She loved it. Nice rooms and beds. Lovely staff and food in amber restaurant was great. Good location. About 20 minutes walk into cromer . Would definitely stay here again.

Little gem, amazing view of the sea…. Self contained apartment which we booked “last minute”… The swimming pool, sauna and steam (all were included) were great. There’s also a games room but because we was only there for a night, we didn’t visit. Really friendly reception staff.
Will definitely be staying again when next in the area. Highly recommend
