Enjoyable and peaceful
Pros:

Pros:

We have stayed here many times and the place is perfect great location, lovely apartments every thing you need is there, would recommend

Cons:

Thought some of the kitchen units and tops were badly marked and had seen better days, could do with a bit of a revamp

Enjoyable short break in cloudy Cromer!
Pros:

The appartment was lovely - very modern kitchen, comfy lounge/diner with big TV and extra space for clothes.
Nice new shower room- plenty of towels.
The leisure club was really good - large pool- jacuzzie, sauna and steam room.
Bar / dining room was also nice and food was good.

Cons:

Bedroom was rather small, with no dressing table, but there was more room for clothes in cupboard in lounge, so that was OK. Fine for up to 4 people tops, with sofa bed in lounge.

Great layout ruined by noise and mould smell.
Pros:

The layout and space were very good.

Cons:

The smell of mould was off putting.
The hotel phones did not work and when we told the staff they were going to action it immediately. However, when nothing happened we had to walk (a long way) to reception to ask why no progress only to be told that they knew about the problem and were waiting for parts. Why did they tell us to call them on the phone when we registered. Left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing kind of situation.
There was a constant noise of footfalls from the unit above such that we could not sleep until they chose to. Not necessarily the neighbour's fault: just inadequate acoustic design. This was the biggest drawback.

Overpriced, and underwhelmed by what I saw.
Pros:

The room was reasonable in size. The kitchen was well thought out. The pool looked nice, although I didnt use it.

Cons:

The rooms have no aircon and the windows would not open more than approx 10cm due to a restraint and it was a red hot weekend.

I had to move the bed across to get in it as the eves dropped down and restricted access, or you bang your head.
The view was non existent, a brick wall out the back and tree to the front. Access down to apartment was a narrow walkway, a seating area with a brick wall a few feet in front was the outside area.

I asked to move rooms, I even asked to pay to upgrade my stay, I was informed by the staff member, who had clearly yet to do his customer training, that they were completely booked out and nothing was available.

I thought this was in Cromer, but it wasn't exactly. My fault probably for not doing more research, but expect a good walk into town.

Very nice could have been better

Liked the apartment and it’s location within the complex also the private terrace

Cons:

Restaurant opening time too limited not opened until 5pm
No convenience shop
Hard to get transport into town, could do with a shuttle bus

Lovely stay, exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Great location, very clean. Small space, perfect for one night. Last minute booking came through well. Very happy with the experience and staff were lovely and efficient. Showed up at 8pm and went into the apartment quickly.
