Took them over a week to refund it!
We really liked it there, but they totally destroyed anything I liked about the place holding my deposit so long. They can poke it quite frankly!

Pros:

A good resort - but compact
Pros:

We had a modern, clean unit and the reception staff were helpful.

We enjoyed the pedestrian access to the cliff path.

The resort is on the side of a hill; the paths are steep in places and you may have to park your car some distance from your unit.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Nice place to stay with the advantage of it being a 15 min walk to Cromer. The facilities are very good and everywhere is nicely presented and clean. We stayed in a 2-person apartment which was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We had a first floor apartment which in itself was great, however, as we had glorious weather sitting outside with a drink would have been welcomed, however, the seating by the entrance door was not ideal as it was cramped.

Amazing Hotel Stay
Pros:

Everything about this hotel stay was amazing for us, extremely clean, comfortable room with fully equipped kitchen, lounge area excellent with lovely sofa and tv. Bedroom was just the right size and also had a tv on the wall.
Hotel staff very helpful and went out of their way to assist us.
on checking in we asked for a fan due to the hot weather and one was brought to the room straight away.
Lovely views of the sea and a beautiful lighthouse on the site. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning. It’s a short walking distance about 20 mins to Cromer town centre or a 5 mins taxi ride.

Location, how clean it was, utilities in the apartment, outside patio area.

would have been good to have an outside area near the bar/restaurant.

Good clean well proportioned rooms and pleasant, helpful staff
Pros:

Very clean and good accommodation

Cons:

Read somewhere there was a shuttle bus but there wasn’t but could do with one
Restaurant didn’t open until 5pm so nowhere to have even a drink when you arrive before 4pm check in

Pros:

Beautiful location. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Did not like cushions on couch, as lacked support and comfort. Daily texts was useful with helpful information. Any problem was dealt with straight away. Very quiet around our apartment. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Although hilly location was good for views, hilly location was a struggle in the heat, walking to Cromer centre was great, but return more difficult with an up hill stretch.
Not bring able to unload near enough to apartment
I understand quite tines restaurants are closed but maybe a tea, coffee snack place would be useful open most of day, sandwiches and cakes?

Pros:

Very nice apartment. Lady on reception helpful and kind.

Cons:

Couldn't book evening meal they said they were booked solid. When we went for a drink in the restaurant that evening there were few people there. When we questioned that the girl said they only had one chef. It's very poor management that lets that happen. Had to travel into town for dinner. Not good after being on the road all day.
