Luxury for a reasonable price
Pros:

Some really lovely staff made us feel well looked after. The facilities are amazing (spa, pool, restaurant, bar area etc) and the added extras (massage, prosecco) really made for a memorable stay. The room was also much bigger than anticipated. All in all, good value for money, which for such a pricey hotel, I didnt expect to say!

Cons:

The location on top of the hill provides nice views, but a simple walk into town when its hot is a little tough. Nothing you can do about it, but just something to be weary of.

Great stay in Palau
Pros:

Impeccable hospitality and attention to the customers. Staff was kind, friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and spacious (stayed on the 2nd floor). Breakfast was delicious and the hotel services (pool, restaurant and shuttle service to the marina and beach) were very appreciated.

Cons:

The beds were hard and uncomfortable for my taste but the reception assisted in adding a top-up to the mattress which helped soften the firmness.
While the location of the hotel is beautiful overlooking the town, it is located about 15-20min uphill which can be uncomfortable when walking in the extreme heat. Just something to consider for those without a car or with impaired motility.

This is a gem hotel and a beautiful location with great management and staff. An excellent base
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and very attentive and helpful staff. We had adjoining rooms which was not expected but convenient. Asked for a sea view but this was not forthcoming, yet nonetheless the aspect over the pool was pleasant and quiet due to the clientelle of the hotel. The rooms were on the small side but adequeate for holidays and well appointed.

Cons:

We did'nt ask for an adjoining room with door between them but for us that was nonetheless acceptable and I guess with a little more communication via the platform that could have been sorted. Every other aspect was very well attended to. We felt the price was heavy but we had single occupation of double rooms.

Palau bellisimo
Pros:

La atención del personal es de lo mejor, atentos y muy simpáticos. Los jardines son increíbles igual que la vista desde la terraza. El desayuno es muy completo. El servicio de traslado al puerto y a la playa se agradece, igual que el servicio de quitasol, toallas y reposeras

Es más bien una sugerencia: que existiera algún servicio de traslado por la noche para poder disfrutar el puerto en ese horario.

Schönes Hotel, aber dehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Anwesen und insbesondere der Eingangsbereich an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Es war sehr sehr laut. Schlecht isoliert bzw. keine Isolation. An schlafen war kaum zu denken.

The staff was friendly, the food at breakfast was fine

Cons:

I didn’t like the bathroom, as the transparent wall offered no privacy. The towels shed lint, and there was no balcony. Considering the fairly high price per night, I expected better.
