La piscine et la propreté des extérieurs
Chambre à l’étage sans ascenseur, lavabo inutilisable, robinetterie du lavabo sans pression. Serviettes remplacées qu’une seule fois sur cinq jours. Restauration décevante pour un 4 étoiles, très peu variée, hauteur de plafond bas avec de l’air de la climatisation pas très confortable. De plus, beaucoup de personnes handicapées lors de notre séjour, je ne m’attendais pas à cela.
Food and cocktails were great. Staff were very friendly and day time entertainment was good. Value for money.
Evening entertainment could be better and the hotel is quite a bit out. We were aware of the location of the hotel before we booked so didn't mind but this might put others off. We were not made aware of the different blocks at the hotel and we were put in to one of these instead of the main hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and there was no lift so tough going with the suit cases going up 4 flights of stairs.

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y muy bonito. El personal excelente, los animadores del club Barcy espectaculares. Los niños se lo han pasado en grande. Tiene un tobogán acuático donde los niños y mayores pasamos horas y horas de diversión. La habitación familiar amplia y con vistas a la piscina, muy agradable.
La ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa y en los chiringuitos de la zona se come muy bien. Destacar el chiringuito de La Moraga, depende del hotel y el trato es exquisito, al igual que la carta.
Pools were nice but very over crowded.
Compared to price: Unhealthy breakfast, very low quality buffet for dinner, bad beds for children, cheap design/material. Low value for money.
Very clean, kids loved the splash park, slides and pool. Bars in various locations made it easy to get drinks when busy. Most staff were very friendly and happy. Very much enjoyed our stay. Good selection on drinks, good breakfast/lunch/dinner in restaurants. Slight variations in selection each day for meals.
Only small issue was our room was quite small. We went for the family premium expecting to be slightly better than the ones I saw on the website (probably my fault not looking properly). We were a family of two adults, a 7 and 3 year old. We were not expecting a suite, just thought we’d fit a bit better without the small sofa bed the kids shared, blocking the door to the balcony. Maybe the premium part is ground floor location and big private balcony?
We didn’t spend too much time in the room to be fair so wasn’t a massive issue.

Las habitaciones de las villas estaban muy bien,pero la cama estaba muy pegada al armario con poco espacio.
El aire acondicionado,en general,estaba muy fuerte!!!

Bardzo blisko do centrum Malagi.
Wszyscy pracownicy niesamowicie mili - barmani, cała obsługa hotelu. Super animatorzy, którzy prowadzili zajęcia sportowe.
Jedzenie dobre, kolacje tematyczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Pyszne drinki ;)
Duża ilość zieleni na terenie obiektu, fajnie, że część leżaków jest na trawie w pewnej odległości od basenów gdzie nie jest głośno i można odpocząć.
Przy hotelu super promenada, przy samej plaży, okolica spokojna.
W hotelu bardzo duża ilość rodzin z dziećmi, jeśli komuś to przeszkadza to pewnie warto wybrać inny hotel np tylko dla dorosłych ;)
that we were walking distance to the beach,
our room initially was right next to the kids splash zone, loud and chaotic, you should really only stay here if you have kids with you as well. The dinner at Arrozante was really disappointing
