Near the beach, daily cleaning was good
The minibar is empty — basically, it is just a fridge. There is not even a bottle of water in the room.
There were fewer towels than the number of guests, so we had to ask for more.
Beach towels can only be changed for an extra fee, which is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
Nobody showed us to the room. The room number was written incorrectly, so we had to go back and ask for help. When we arrived, one of the beds was covered in sand, so we had to call housekeeping.
There are also not enough sun loungers around the pool. People actually wait in line to get a place. There are more loungers on the grass, but the grass makes your feet very dirty.
Overall, it is barely a 4-star hotel. I would say it is closer to 3 stars, and definitely not worth the price.

All perfect
A large, family-friendly hotel with plenty of facilities for children, including mini golf, a playground, kids' club, large water slides and a spacious kids' pool. My almost 5-year-old son was very happy here and had plenty to do throughout our stay.
We initially booked for just one night, but enjoyed the hotel so much that we decided to stay for a few more days. During our month-long trip through Spain, this became one of those places where we could simply slow down, relax and enjoy some quality family time together.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only downside was the check-in — the queue was quite long and we waited around 40 minutes. However, the staff handled it very well and offered us a complimentary lunch while we waited, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable family hotel with plenty for children to do, direct access to the sea and a lovely atmosphere for spending quality time together.

Телевидение. Телевизор настроен только на приложение отеля, с определёнными каналами. Нет доступа в интернет и возможности включить youtube. Это опция могла бы помочь семьям с детьми, ведь дети хотят смотреть свои любимые мультики.
The pools are big and the water is warm, you have plenty of lounge chairs at each pool to sit regardless of the hour. The food in the restaurant is varied and good, you find something for each taste. The wine is not bad at all. The location is great, you have plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs. Really lively and fit for all ages. Their entertainment programme is good and the kids enjoyed it.
They really have a problem with the cleaning. We had to chase every morning the cleaning staff in our pyjamas to get coffee pods for the coffee machine. They never filled them back. The second morning I asked the staff to give me clean cups as she hasn't changed the ones of the previous day and she told me to clean it in the bathroom. I repeated I need clean cups and then she took them and showed me how to clean it in the bathroom using hand soap. One morning unfortunately we broke one coffee cup and they did not replace it, they left it there broken on the table. We had some drinks on the balcony one evening, they never cleaned the glasses there. The only thing they did when they would do the room is to tide up the bed and put fresh towels. There were toothpaste traces in the bathroom in the lavabo from the previous guests and I had to clean that up. For the rest the hotel is nice but their cleaning level is probably the worst I've ever seen, and I stayed in other barcelo hotels.
Also we asked in advance for a special thing because my son celebrated his 9th bday while staying there, we have an email confirmation they will arrange something for him. Of course nothing happened.

Good luggage storage system so can leave stuff there if early arrival or need to check out of room
Very long queues to speak to a receptionist as there is a ticket system, which is annoying
So you have to wait long - difficult especially with little kids
Some family rooms are very far from the main building so a long walk to get to food hall and reception - makes it difficult especially with little kids
Not many restaurants and shops around the area - so we had to travel to Malaga to eat/shop
