Pros:

Location was perfect and the views are amazing.
Night entertainment for families in the hotel was fantastic.
Staff are very helpful.
Plenty to do and see.

We loved it and will be coming back!
Pros:

As a family we absolutely loved the water slides, being able to use multiple pools, the proximity to the beach and the train station. The food was SO good and we loved everything about our stay!

Cons:

We didn’t have any complaints nor disliked anything. In fact, the lock on our external door to the balcony stopped working and the maintenance team had it fixed within the hour. Fantastic service!

Pros:

Do hotelu przyjechaliśmy na 3 dni po zwiedzaniu Malagi i Rondy. Hotel jest tuż przy plaży. Są też dwa duże i fajne baseny. Dzieciom podobał się wodny plac zabaw z trzema zjeżdżalniami. Przy basenach jest dużo dostępnych leżaków. Z opcji wyżywienia wybraliśmy tylko śniadania i obiadokolacje. Oba posiłki były w formie szwedzkiego stołu z dużym wyborem.

Cons:

Jeżeli ktoś bierze tylko dwa posiłki - śniadanie i obiadokolację, to w takiej sytuacji kolacja zaczynająca się o 19:30 jest trochę za późno. Gdyby zaczynała się o 18:00, byłoby lepiej. Na kolację brakowało nam również dostępu do ciepłych napojów typu herbata. Dostępne były jedynie różne napoje gazowane i wino.

Great for families with small children.
Pros:

Shallow pools. Pool was nice and warm. Beach right across the road. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and slides. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Rooms very dated and need an update. The rest of the hotel very modern and this can be deceiving from the pictures.

Okej, men hade hoppats på bättre
Pros:

Låg nära havet och flygplatsen. Receptionen var hjälpsamma pch kunde engelska

Cons:

Kö in till poolen vid öppning, alla tog platser och sen gick de därifrån. Vi som har små barn och bara är vid poolen under kortare period hade uppskattat att kunna få ett parasoll men de köades minst 30 min innan öppning sen sprang man in. Frukosten var ingen variation samma frukost varje morgon. Hissen var svårt att trycka upp och ner med touchen, duschen pumpade ut super varmt vatten så man brände sig även på lägsta kylan, samt att de var dålig koppling så de sprutade åt alla håll. Många små saker gör att upplevelsen blev inget toppen.

Overcrowded, it makes the service level decline
Pros:

Location is perfect, the room too. The hotel is big and has lots to offer.
The entertainment in the evenings was fantastic.
Minigolf too, though a shame it ended at 8 pm.
Reception staff were amazing.

Cons:

Overcrowded, way too many people for a 4 stars hotel. The pool areas are a disaster: not enough sunbeds by the water (can't be far from it with small children you need to watch), almost no sun umbrellas (maybe one per 4 ot 5 sunbeds). The pool is so crowded you can barely move, and everybody has reserved their sunbeds at 9 am leaving their towels for the entire day.
The lifeguard doesn't pay attention at all and barely sees the whole pool (in front of the sea).
The restaurant is very nice, but so overcrowded that it feels like a marathon to fill up your plate.
The cleaning lady doesn't respect the do not disturb sign, and for a few days she didnt manage to clean the room in the entire morning. They never cleaned the balcony, the floor and chairs were so dirty

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr zuvorkommendes, motiviertes und bemühtes Personal.

Cons:

Der Kaffee am Buffet war ungeniessbar! Vielerorts ein Gefühl von Massenabfertigung.

Pros:

Bufet correcto con variedad de opciones
Almohadas comodas
Piscina con toboganes estupenda para que los peques se diviertan

Cons:

Alojamiento parcialmente reformado, baños antiguos con zonas con algo de moho, un hotel de 4 estrellas a 400€ la noche deberia de cuidar ciertos detalles.
