Cold water in the bathroom tap. Scruffy room, duvet too small, ancient curtains, window wouldn't shut.
Friendly welcome to the hotel, free parking and a short walk to the centre. Clean room and great facilities.
A bit scruffy outside, could do with a sweep up and litter pick.
I was upgraded to a seaview room which was lovely, very spacious.
The bathroom needed some maintenance, and the toilet was squashed next to the shower, which would not be suitable for larger or less abled people.

Nothing to dislike
Tv did not work even though it was new, though not that important but a facility not available. Second night no heating so cold and no hot water in the morning. No staff on duty when we left so couldn’t make a complaint.
Great place - huge. Owners had made the best of everything and couldn’t have been more helpful. N keys to lose. Easy access to marina and town. Comfy suite, clean and tidy.
A little run down but looks like they are in the process of doing things up gradually. Would be great if they did food!
Sauna and steam room was ok. The rooms was big with high celling. Location was ok.
Main shower did not work and was dripping. The first bedroom we stayed in, the bedding was not fresh clean and side unit was sticky. TV was hanging from wall. Tiles loose in bottom of pool and was cold. No showers outside sauna/ steam/pool room. Did not like the fact that its keycode to enter room which allows them access, also outside keycode does not work in rain as we also got soaked due to no cover.
Parking & Check in easy. Quiet, clean warm room. Electronic door locks. Room had been refurbished at some point but main hotel lobby etc looked very tired.
Only 2 coathangers. Bathroom towel rail not working. Sink didn't drain properly. Could do with some coat hooks in room. No breakfast or restaurant. No room fridge. In need of renovation inside & out
Location was good, and the hotel manager was helpful.
The outside looked very run down on arrival, did not fill us with confidence, problems with the door code on our room as the battery was flat and kept beeping, floor boards in corridors squeaky. The public area on hotel was very stark and could be so much more, was not advised about any of the facilities on site. Room very clean but again run down huge crack on the window with no net curtains on the window, sheet did not fit the bed. This hotel could be amazing, with some thought and investment, in the right areas. Very smelly in the corridor near our room.

It was an old Victorian style property but needs updating. The wife and myself slept well .
It needs up dating throughout. In the room I was in the kept running due to the overflow, the towel rail and the shower was showing a lot of rust . There were no facilities for breakfast .
