The hotel was dirty and there were stains everywhere - on the carpet, on the bed - thick dust everywhere.
Hotel and Booking.com refused to refund us.
Ended up at the local Travel Lodge.

Very comfortable room, lovely friendly staff (especially the reception gent), nothing was any trouble. Hotel could have been amazing, of which im guessing i would have had to pay a lot more than I did. This was due mainly to the hotel being a little tired. Great value for money and location wasn't too bad.
It's not great if you have mobility issues as there is no lift in the hotel and the walk to the beach and local shop is very up and down hills. Limited parking is also an issue as you have only 1 side of the road in which you can park without getting a ticket, if no space is available in the car park.

Najlepszy stosunek ceny do jakości jaki widziałem w UK. Sauna, basen i jacuzzi oraz przestronny pokój. Przytulny ogród z kolejnym basenem i bardzo pomocna i przyjazna obsługa w cenie pokoju gdzie indziej. Brak kluczy i wszystko na kody nie musisz się martwić gdzie zostawić klucz, nie zapomnieć itd.
Brak opcji śniadań. Tylko dlatego nie ma 10/10 poza tym super. Widać że ma potencjał rozwoju

Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Other than the guy on reception in the evening there appeared to be no staff at all. No bar, no dining options. It feels like attempts have been made to refurbish the place, doors are new, electronic codes to get in and out, but in other areas it’s run down; we opened the curtains to find the glass window pane was completely cracked which was dangerous. Carpet stained, shower broken and taped together. Didn’t risk using the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room exceeded our expectations it was so beautiful and comfortable that we decided to extend our stay by two more nights. Everything was peaceful, and no one disturbed us during our stay. We also appreciated being able to come and go at any time, which gave us a lot of flexibility. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
There were only a couple of very minor things worth mentioning, and they didn’t affect our stay. One of the windows couldn’t be opened, and we found an old, full bag of chips behind the curtain, which was probably just overlooked by the housekeeping staff. It wasn’t a big issue at all. As a small suggestion, it would be great if the outdoor pool could stay open until around 10 PM, and if a few pool toys, such as inflatables or a ball, were available for guests. Overall, these are just small suggestions, and they did not take away from our great experience.
