Bed was so comfortable and pillows great. Slept so good. Quiet. Safe environment. Its located around warehouses and businesses so if you are worried about saftey you are in an amazing spot here. Nobody even walked the street

I came here to pick someone up from the CBX terminal, which connects directly to the Tijuana airport right at the border. This hotel is ideally located for that and it's very clean.
One of my favorite things is that they offer complimentary essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, and other handy items if you need them.

Dirty and black hairs in bed
Pros:

There were black hairs in the bed. Called the front desk which seemed annoyed and they brought up sheets which I changed myself. The front desk person was clearly overwhelmed but when I’m paying 170 plus dollars I at least want clean sheets. The room smelled like mold. It was less than one star all around
