Staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout, especially Carolina who quickly resolved a room issue and Zaher (ladies with the tattoos) at the pirate pool who was excellent every day. Rooms were good and the sea view upgrade was well worth it. The overall atmosphere is calm and well kept. Despite what some reviews say, getting loungers was not a problem if you go early and they also free up during the day. Food was varied with good options, the Asian restaurant and Duo were standouts. The saltwater pool that people call “cold” is actually very refreshing.
Dinner reservations can be difficult to secure at good times unless you push guest services, although they do try to help if you raise it. Drink prices are high for what you get, €8 for a “large” beer that isn’t really large feels excessive. Service at the Italian restaurant was noticeably slow compared to other

Grosszügige Anlage mit vielen Pools, Bars, Restaurants und Liegeflächen. Riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite aufmerksame Mitarbeitende. Viele Parkplätze.

Location was excellent
For a 5 star hotel u can’t borrow a basketball, u have to pay 1 euro to weigh ur suitcase, the guest experience was disappointing as they didn’t accommodate me and my wife to experience Nami on her birthday, the word “all inclusive “ is misleading . The toilet got flooded the 1st time my wife had a shower. The hallway smells of sewage every morning when we wake up. There’s a few more I want to say but I hope you get my point.

Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias
Habíamos avisado previamente si era posible entrar antes a la habitación, por booking nos contestaron que según disponibilidad, pero cuando llegamos allí a las 12:30 Yeray nos dijo automáticamente y sin consultar que no era posible, creemos que eso no es propio de un hotel 5 estrellas. Estaba atestado de niños por lo que pedimos por favor que nos pusieran en una zona más tranquila, y nos cambiaron de habitación. Saúl fue muy amable con nosotros y nos indicó si necesitábamos algo extra. El desayuno es un poco caos con tanto niño y hay que hacer colas. La experiencia no es de 5 estrellas ya que para ello tienes que pagar extra. Hamacas llenas desde primera hora, restaurantes y desayunos llenos.
