El Spa, demasiado caro, y vine con mi novia para celebrar 🍾 mi cumpleaños y no tuvieron ningún detalle en la habitación (incluso me dijeron en la Recepción que algo harían/pondrían)..se lo habrán puesto (por.error) en la habitación de al lado 😆

El personal de recepción y de recepción del parking fueron super amables.

Cons:

Llegamos a las 6:00 Pm a la piscina y no quedaba ni una toalla limpia. Nadie hizo nada tampoco por facilitárnosla,se limitaron a decir que ya no había. Me parece muy notable que en un hotel de 5 estrellas pase eso.

Огромное количество посетителей. Это жутко!!!! Это огромный огромный отель типа в Турции где все включено и люди с детьми не всегда ведут себя адекватно. Больше в этот отель никогда!
