Fantastic pools , beautiful building and rooms

Cons:

It felt like usual necessities were additional charge , eg water , bicycles , tennis. Etc .
This red level nonsense also makes non red level guests feel less than welcome

Las instalaciones,sus piscinas y buen buffet.

Cons:

Falta de personal a las hora de atender en desayunos y cenas , precios demasiado caros, le an dado una fama que no le precede , sinceramente e estado en mejores hoteles y por mucho menos dinero.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau, les vues aussi, les piscines incroyables et immenses, les chambres confortables.

Cons:

Trop d’attente dans les restaurants, surtout au petit déjeuner.
Accueil assez désagréable, mais personnel de ménage super.
En février, il est dommage que les piscines soient aussi froides.
Chambres « Red Level »: assez inutile à notre sens, c’est vraiment juste pour avoir accès à quelques espaces réservés, mais l’hôtel est déjà tellement immense que cela ne paraît pas essentiel.

Pros:

Un grand hôtel qui correspond bien à son nombre d'étoiles. Mais le plus exceptionnel est sa piscine de plus de 200m de long, à utiliser avec tenue chaude vu sa température.

Cons:

Je crois comprendre que nous avons eu droit à un débutant à l'acceuil. Cela dit, ce n'est pas normal de s'entendre dire que l'on n'a pas réservé, de mettre 15 minutes pour faire un check-in, ou de ne pas recevoir de réponse aux demandes faites via booking.
Sinon, comme dans tous les grands hôtels la salle de restaurant est très bruyante.
