Fabulous hotel, great value.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are fantastic, great size, clean and comfortable. Food is excellent. We love the adult only / silent swimming pool option.

the restaurant were good, the buffets were fine and the different areas were clean

Cons:

My family and I are used to travel to 4 and 5 stars in different countries, including Spain and this hotel is over rated. There are a lot of great stuff, such as the location, the view, the food in certains evening etc.
However, lots of the staff is not trained or sometimes rude with the customers. There were stain in the couch on our room and lots of room services/platters remained on the aisle way during the day.
The hotel has so much potential if they refurnished a little bit and train a little bit their staff.
Also, their definition of all inclusive is tricky .. you have basically access to 3 restaurants ( when there are availability) out of 7, you can not access some areas of the pools, the room service is not included etc.

Heerlijk verblijf met zeer veel mogelijkheden en niet te druk.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met veel rustige zones en verwarmde zwembaden.
Heel mooie zeer rustige kamer .

Cons:

Soms even wachten aan het ontbijt.

Pros:

Very comfortable room with excellent facilities all round. Great buffet restaurant with incredible choice of foods both for breakfast and evening meals .
Multiple pools - one of which is adult only . Good location with direct access to the shore where there are natural swimming poos and small beaches .

Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans un cadre agréable, beau jardin. Très propre et belle chambre.

Cons:

Les prix des consommations sont tout simplement abusifs. Le Spritz a 16,50€ c’est plus cher qu’à Genève!! Une mini bouteille d’eau à 3,50€ !!
J’avais demandé à avoir une chambre plus tôt étant donné mon arrivée le matin. J’ai dû attendre 15:30 pour l’avoir après être retournée plusieurs fois à la réception. Aucun effort, ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.
Les service est très décevant, les serveurs ne savaient pas à quelle table apporter les commandes et cela est arrivé plusieurs fois. Là non plus pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.

We loved our stay, the staff are fabulous, gorgeous hotel & location :-)
Pros:

Room was lovely, a great size. Great having both a bath & shower. Plenty towels and personal toothbrush & tooth paste etc was very good. Lights on in the wardrobe was very handy. Black out curtains made for a very relaxing space when needed. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful view over the pool / water feature. Will definitely go back.

Cons:

Plugs weren't working so had to put the coffee machine / kettle on the floor which didn't suit as I have a bad back. The telephone on the wall next to the toilet is useless and makes the space feel cluttered, plus it doesn't work so should probably be removed. The timber furniture in the room has an aged smell from it, so you get this smell each time you walk into the room. It was raining heavy on 2 of our 7 nights and the rain came in the single door leading to the balcony so I had to put towels down there in case we would slip on the wet tiles.
