The staff was amazing. Very nice and very professional. They were all very responsive to anything we needed. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the room had a separate living room section with a door that could be closed between the sleeping and there. I also like having two tvs in the room - one in the living area and one in the sleeping area. The shades in the room blacked out the light. The room was warm, but not too hot. The host for breakfast went above and beyond.
These comments are not the hotel's fault, but I thought I'd write it just in case it helps out any families traveling. Our room overlooked a bus station. There were (seemingly) intoxicated bus riders screaming and fighting and wrestling at odd hours of the evening. It was loud enough to disturb us in our room, but not loud enough for us to not be able to drown out the sound with the tv. Also, there was a large group of non-English speaking young adult males lounging all over the lobby and dining area. It didn't feel like a safe situation, especially during the "happy hour" - although the front desk seemed to handle it fine.

The property is centrally located, and easy to attend business meetings and conferences. The presence of a restaurant is a big plus.
I had to wake up in the night due to heavy weed smell. I reported this to the management, and they were quick to address it. The lack of a mini fridge and a microwave in the room makes it a disadvantage when one wants to save food for later.
Great location, clean, spacious room, helpful and courteous staff.
Easy walking distance from the city centre.
Excellent breakfast at only 5 dollars, with courtesy tea and coffee available at all times.

Staff was awesome, rooms were clean!
The hotel did a good job with keeping up on the cleanliness and the staff was friendly. However, the property is very dated, worn out, cheap furnishings and the location was less than ideal. The private security and steal fencing was used to provide security but the close proximity to the homeless population made it an uncomfortable experience. Will not stay here again.
The staff truly made the stay, welcoming, warm and kind. The breakfast was great as well and area is convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. To get into the hotel after hours must use key and there was security which is uncommon for hotels we’ve been to but it didn’t feel unsafe. Perhaps extra precautions? But would recommend

The room was clean. The location was right downtown. And the beds were very comfortable. And the staff was great to work with.
The room was nice. It isn’t in the best area but we only were there one night and it is really convenient for the cruise. Lots of people that were going on our cruise stayed there.
A shabby hotel with a stinky elevator. The whole place could use a high pressure steam cleaning and airing out from top to bottom. The pillows are lumpy. The breakfast buffet has a limited selection, the bacon is good, the eggs are dire. It's saving grace is the lovely staff who do their best with what they are given to work with.
