Overall a good experience
Pros:

Clean and good for walking around down town.

Cons:

Front desk not as friendly as usual.
Heat/air conditioning unit was wacky. It kept switching to a/c which I didn’t need with negative temps.

Front desk staff and management were so unprofessional.
Cons:

The staff were terrible . Sent us to a room with guests already in it which led to a very embarrassing situation. Been trying for weeks to get a reply from front desk manager and my emails ignored . Extremely disappointing.

Could never recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay and had some healthy options.
Food is not the problem.

Cons:

The problem is it’s $400. Per night for a filthy bathroom, dirty furniture and a bed that was shaped like a cereal bowl. Can’t sleep period. Three nights: NO SLEEP.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Hotel war deutlich besser als die vielen eher negativen Bewertungen vermuten lassen.

Cons:

Es konnte keine Rechnung ausgestellt werden. Stattdessen wurde auf Booking.com verwiesen, die wiederum auf das Hotel verwiesen haben. Für Dienstreisen also eher ungeeignet.

We came from MN. First time in Alaska. VERY DISAPPOINTING
Pros:

Breakfast food was ok

Cons:

First our key cards won't work.We did not have a working AC unit in our room. A new girl working alone ( Not knowing much looked at it) Said she would let maintenance know but that would be the next day.If maintenance came to our room they didn't fix anything No way to know if they looked at it.
Still very stuffy. Ice machine on 3rd floor wouldn't shoot out ice. Elevator door won't close many times
Asked for some refund but the girl said her boss was on vacation

Cons:

Found the front desk staff surly and condesending in their attitude. Nasty tone and not allowing any check-ins prior to 4pm . I'm sure some rooms were ready before 4pm rather than having a lobby full of grumpy, annoyed customers all working each other up over waiting.
