Great stopover
Pros:

Great staff, location, very good breakfast choices & good facilities.

Cons:

Bins directly outside our window but we only stayed a night so didn't bother us too much.
Hairdryer didn't work.

Swimming pool!

Cons:

Dinner wasn't good. Pizza was way overcooked and dry and baked potato wasn't too great either. Sat us in cold breakfast area on our own as we had a dog with us. Good breakfast and swimming in pool was great fun.

This hotel offers everything you need for your stay the staff are always available and welcoming. I would recommend stay
Pros:

The warm welcome all visitors receive the hotel is clean the menu and food served is delicious.

Cons:

The staff were really helpful and professional. They stood out as particularly good.

Cons:

I had to move rooms as the original, smaller room was hot and airless. The staff put me in a larger room, but I lost a night's sleep unfortumately.

Brilliant Hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant location - pack an overnight bag!
Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times now. The location is great, just a minute from the motorway. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The food is tasty and good value.

Cons:

We tend to stay for one night so have learned to pack a separate overnight bag as there is no lift (due to the hotel lay out). Hauling a big suit up the stairs is an effort (even if there’s only a few.
