Location was ideal for the Caminto del Rey walk
The restaurant was a little disappointing due to cold food and not great service. It was very busy and the staff looked stressed. The food came out cold
Locatie is prima.
Bediening in restaurant is ongeïnteresseerd.
The front desk reception was wonderful! Kind and informative, they never waivered in top notch service and answering a lot of questions for me.
The "bed" was a mattress on a cement block- beyond horrible for sleeping. The pillows were hard stiff foam rubber- impossible to get comfortable. I was awake most of the night and I was very tired. The spiral staircase was surprise as was the "chiller" not refrigerator. For $200/night. I think I wanted a different room but got this one. It was frightening going up and down those stairs. The bathroom shower was at the long end of a very slippery bathtub that you had to climb into up 2 steps then down into the tub. No handrils or anything to hold onto. Dangerous and I slipped although i was being careful.
The waitresses inthe restaurant are the most sullen servers Ive ever met.
Ana was fantastic in the restaurant, she made our time there really magical.
The suites are lovely and the view is great!
The guided tour provided by the hotel is a must to walk around la garganta!
The restaurant in the hotel can get really busy, make sure you book and have enough time!
Location, staff, ambiance
