Il était très serviable et sympathique et toujours souriant .

L’emplacement est idéal près de Istiklal et les moyens de transport
-le petit déjeuner était bien très varié
-la propreté était très bien
_le spas et le Hamam tyrk était magnifique

-le dîner n’était pas varié c’est presque tout les soirs la même chose : viande poulet et soupe jamais de poisson et autres plats

La ubicación estaba bien , la cama cómoda

Cons:

Reserve este hotel en vez de otros por qué tenía spa. Sin embargo no pudimos utilizarlo xq el agua estaba fría , el agua del jacuzzi estaba tibia por lo tanto no tenía ningún sentido en enero bañarse ahí .
El Baño estaba sucio, la ducha tenía moho y las juntas estaban todas muy sucias.

Pros:

Staff were friendly namely Sezqi was helpful for all the guests and took time in arranging and fixing our concerns. The location is great near all the facilities and areas you want to travel to.

Cons:

The property is not value for money and the images shown on Booking.com are not accurate I would rate this hotel closer to 1-2 stars. The TV doesn’t work the air con doesn’t work, the rooms are small very loud.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and a great location close to shops and Galata Tower. Our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. Sezaya was especially helpful and professional, making our stay even more pleasant. I loved the indoor pool, sauna, relaxation room, and jacuzzi. I also tried their massage and would highly recommend Paula—it was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest wspaniała, jeśli ktoś szuka miejsca, w którym można poczuć imprezowy klimat miasta. Pokój był przestronny, dużym plusem był balkon z widokiem na Złoty Róg. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Jedzenie w porządku. Codziennie coś innego na ciepło. Zimna płyta raczej taka sama. Kuchnia głównie turecka. Blisko przystanek metra i tunel łączący ulicę Istiklal z Mostem Galata (choć ciężko było go na początku zlokalizować).

Cons:

Hotel ma strefę wellness z basenem. Łaźnia turecka i sauna działały ok, ale woda w basenie była bardzo zimna, a jacuzzi nie działało. Kran w łazience ochlapywał cały blat, a drzwi na balkon strasznie skrzypiały, ale dało się przyzwyczaić.
