Super pay per value.
Pros:

Old hotel but super clean with very kind staff (cleaners, reception, breakfast). Breakfast was good with many options. Sezar in reception was extremely kind provinding exactly a room i like. Overall for the price the pay per value is excellent!

The staff at the reception are very unfriendly. You can wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator. During the 4 days I stayed at the hotel, the room was not cleaned even once.
Everything in the room is old, and if you think you will be able to rest and continue your stay comfortably, forget it—the noise is very loud.
One morning I woke up and at least 10 people were sleeping in the hotel lobby.
The breakfast is not very good.
Overall, I would rate this hotel a 6.

Overpriced for what it is
Pros:

The location is the only good thing I have to say about this hotel.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was meh, it didn’t feel clean.
The walls are made out of paper, you can hear everything going on in rooms around you and the hallway.
The hotel smelled like humidity and the shower had mold.
Not sure how this hotel has such good ratings…
