Lovely staff, stunning view. Just a few things to improve and we’d happily return!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful; although we ran into a few issues with our room, Mehmet offered us alternatives that kept our stay enjoyable. The room had a lovely view over the water and toward the historic European side of Istanbul, and overall the value for money was excellent. Also the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Just a couple of things: when we arrived, the balcony room we’d booked wasn’t ready because of ongoing construction - though the staff did kindly sort out a good solution for us.
I’d also been looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but when I turned it on there was an unpleasant smell (a bit like sulphur or spoiled eggs), and it took me quite a while to clean it out. So no jacuzzi for me :(
And at breakfast, the tea ran out early and no more was made once it was gone - come on, it’s just tea!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno ya que no era variado y no se podía tostar pan, incluso pedimos si nos podían hacer dos Tostadas y nos dijeron que no.
Respecto la habitación, el hecho de que el baño estuviera integrado a la habitación era muy incomodo. La ducha era solo de mano, las bachas perdían agua por debajo, entre otras cosas negativas.
Es un hotel 3 estrellas, no de 4 estrellas.

Un tocco di ristrutturazione
Pros:

la posizione era perfetta per la metro eppure per andare là sera. Galata Tower é vicinissima e nelle vie a dintorni c'è tanta vita .. negozi...pub... ristoranti.

Avevamo mezza pensione e la colazione era abbastanza completa .. come la cena.

lo staff del Hotel sono gentilissimi e molto prestativi su tutto.
la reception...il ristorante...la cameriera... tutti! Complimenti

Cons:

la struttura è un po' trascurata. la porta del bagno non si chiudeva e il lavandino era un po' rotto.
diciamo che ci vuole un piccolo intervento a questi particolari....

Pros:

Staff were very helpful (let us borrow their personal plug adapter when we needed it, fixed issues with the shower drain and AC very quickly). Very good value for money and a really great location (apart from some noise in the evenings).

Cons:

The bathrooms could have been slightly updated and the variety of food for breakfast and dinner was not wide.

Pros:

It is very close to my favourite place we’re all tha nightlife is . Between Taksim and sulranahmet , amazing g breakfast , spacious rooms , clean . The staff was amazing especially sezai was very helpful

Cons:

Needs renovation . Sometimes fridge disinfected work , air condition don’t work BUT they would send someone immediately to fix it
