Szálloda szuper személyzettel és nagyon jó elhelyezkedélssel!
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése tökéletes volt! Pár perc sétával el tudtuk érni a fontosabb tömegközlekedési eszközöket.
A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt! Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak. A szobánkat minden nap takarították és új törölközött kaptunk. Sezoi fantasztikus vendéglátó volt! Az utolsó előtti nap jeleztük, hogy másnap korán szeretnénk kijelentkezni és Sezoi még a reggelink elcsomagolásáról is gondoskodott, amiért még a repülőn is nagyon hálásak voltunk!
Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom ezt a szállodát.

Le hammam la sauna e la piscina,puliti et lo staff gentile .

Cons:

E un hotel un po vecchio bisogna rinnovarlo.avevo prenotato una camera superior per quatro persone e mi hanno dato una doppia piccola.

Pessima struttura! Evitatela!

Struttura sporchissima! Camere piccole e non curate, mobili rovinati, pareti sporche e piene di graffi. Odore tremendo di fogna in giro per tutta la struttura. Piscina sporca... Inoltre il cibo è tremendo! Tralasciando che ci hanno quasi avvelenati a colazione con del mais andato a male (che ho riportato in cucina e non si sono nemmeno degnati di scusarsi).. Scarseggia anche di quantità, dopo 1 ora rimaneva poco nulla da mangiare (anche a cena) e comunque solo piatti locali... Albergo davvero pessimo! Evitatelo! Abbiamo soggiornato altre volte ad Istanbul ed in altre zone della Turchia, ed abbiamo sempre trovato strutture pulite, personale cordiale e cibo ottimo! Questo è stato l'unico albergo che non ci ha fornito assistenza per il parcheggio, il personale non conosce l'inglese, zero indicazioni in merito alle attrazione turistiche, zero aiuti! Nemmeno una stella meriterebbe!

Kifogástalan, tiszta szállás félpanzióval a Galata torony közelében
Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a személyzet rendkívül vendégszerető és kedves. A reggeli és vacsora török receptek szerinti, nekünk finom volt és bőséges, elégedettek voltunk. Mindennap takarítottak tiszta törülközőt, kávét, teát, ásványvizet kaptunk. Korábban érkeztünk és 14 óra előtt kaptunk szobát, igaz nem három ágyasat, hanem két személyest pótággyal, de olyan fáradtak voltunk az éjszakai/hajnali utazás miatt, hogy nem bírtuk volna ki 14 óráig.

Cons:

Éjszaka volt, hogy bulikat tartottak a szálloda közvetlen közelében és behallatszott a zaj, nem mindig bírtunk aludni.
Sok az orosz vendég, akik nem mindig bírnak viselkedni, tolakodnak az étkezésnél, minden ételt kiszednek, utána érintetlenül kidobják, nem eszik meg. Jó lenne ezt kontrollálni kicsit jobban ha lehetne.
