It was clean, nice, and the hotel staff, we're bang on

Experience decevante. Nous voulions un lit double nous avons eu le droit a 2 lits simples.
La literie laisse à desirer. Hotel vieillot. Un depot de caution de 30e est obligatoire pour avoir un fer à repasser et une planche.
Le personnel reste neanmoins serviable.

Je ne recommande pas pour un sejour detente en famille.

Modern furniture, kitchen and bathroom. Large room and balcony. Plenty of plug sockets for chargers etc.
Well equipped kitchen.

Can hear some noise from neighbouring rooms. Open shower has very high showerhead which cannot be repositioned so water floods the bathroom floor.

Check in time at the hotel is 3pm and not 2pm as stated in Expedia.

Good value for money and I would stay here again

Stayed here for my 38th birthday at the end of January 2025.
The hotel is clean but extremely basic. If you’re looking for lovely seaviews from your balcony then this definitely not the place for you. There were no pictures/paintings on the walls or tv in the room and my balcony faced a block of flats. The bathroom was a decent largish wet room with a toilet and sink. There was no shower curtain/door which meant that having a shower would wet the majority of the bathroom/wetroom floor.
The reception team were friendly and polite but when I asked for a room change as I was here for my birthday and my room nowhere near matched any of the rooms on their website I was simply told there’s nothing he could do about it or change my room which was very disappointing.
The location is decent, there are a few shops within a 3min walking distance as well as the bus station and town is about a 10-15min stroll.

The good. The hotel is in a great location 2 mins walk from bus station 10 mins walk to Loro Parque and 15 mins walk to centre of town with loads of bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The reception area, dining room, outside terrace bar and rest rooms are modern and immaculate and reception staff are very friendly.

The “Not so good”. The hotel is clearly part refurbished and the new studio rooms look very nice however the room we stayed in (514) was one of the old rooms and was very careworn with discoloured and partially peeling wallpaper. The room overlooked the adjacent apartment block which for our visit was very noisy into the early hours of the morning.

We both agree we would definitely stay here again but would make sure we booked a refurbished room.

Very welcoming on arrival. Pretty quiet hotel at least when I was there mid January. Room was very spacious, TV (I didn't use), fridge, plenty plug sockets, NO kettle (didn't ask if one could hire one at reception)... Safe is 2euro per day or there abouts, order at reception for your code! Nice looking hotel and foyer. Breakfast is what you'd expect really, it served its purpose, English style and European, yogurts, croissants etc, tea, coffee and juice all in buffet style! You can go see what's on offer for buffet dinner before deciding to pay 16euros if you cba going out!
About 15 mins walk to the old town/rock pools. Restaurants a plenty around that area. And the zoo is on doorstep, about 8 mins walk which i fully recommend a visit, 42euro isn't a bad price at all!
A beach is about 4 mins walk away but at the moment it's worth mentioning that the sea all around the area is closed due to contamination, but you'll still see vermin humans swimming in human waste, made me feel ill!

I would recommend the Skyview hotel and I will be revisiting 100% This was my first solo trip and am 40 years old (which might be useful info)

Nice apartment near the beach. Very close to the center of old Puerto de la Cruz.
The apartment is well equipped with kitchen tools and television.
Very nice bathroom with shower.
Excellent cleaning.
Friendly reception.
Amazing sun roof.

Our overall holiday was very good, the hotel was clean and the food was fine. On arrival, after a long transfer from the South Airport, there was a welcome drink which was very welcome!

The room was clean and comfortable and was tidied daily, we only received one change of towels for the week and you have to pay for the safe, but otherwise no complaints.

The staff were really great, except for Jesus who was rude and ignored us at the bar whilst he continued a conversation with a fellow member of staff.

The place itself is a lovely place, 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping area and the harbour where you can swim. A further 5-10 minutes away is a swimming pool complex with the biggest pools I've ever swam in! it was very good, worth spending the 15 euros for the two of us for the day.

There is a Lidl a short bus ride away which also stops at a great restaurant, Las Dehesas which was a lovely find.

The biggest disappointment is the fact that the closest beach, Playa de Jardin, is closed due to sewage pollution. This is an ongoing problem with no resolution at present - so be warned, if sitting on the beach and swimming in the sea is paramount to your holiday, DO NOT GO to Puerto de la Cruz!

Friendly, clean, renovated hotel. Good breakfast, near the bus station, short walk to Plaza del Charco through old town streets. Not to forget The roof top sun terrace with a pool. Mercado municipal is also a short walk away as well as the nearest HiperDino supermarket and farmacy.

Everything great apart from food very repetitive only there for a week and the same food every night just served with something different eg rice or pasta, would definitely return but just stay bed and breakfast
Very clean friendly staff and close to beach

I enjoyed my stay at Skyview as all the staff were lovely and very helpful so would definitely like to stay again if I go back to Puerta Del La Cruz. The room was comfortable with good facilities. I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts that were provided.
There is a rooftop pool and lounge area which is a real suntrap.
The hotel is in a convenient place about 3 mins walk from the bus station which was handy for me as I was travelling independently. Both the beach and the town centre are also an easy walk away.

El hotel es bonito y se notaba que lo habian reformado hace poco. No tiene aire acondicionado es verdad k habia un ventilador en la hab pero el calor era mucho y el ventilador muy poco para refrescar.las almohadas eran muy finas la verdad que eran un poco incomodas y el aparcamiento nulo al rededor del hotel . Eso si el hotel es comodo ,limpio se come muy bn y hay una terraza al lado de recepcion por si te apetece tomarte algo y desde el balcon de la habitacion las vistas al teide espectacular .volvere 👌

Minden az elvárásainknak megfelelő volt, nagyon kedves személyzet, bőséges svédasztal.

Vi har haft nyrenoverad och fräscht rum.
Personalen är jätte snällt och hjälpsamt. Varierande mat både på frukost och middag.

Attention!!! Le vol dans la chambre d'hôtel.
J'ai loué la chambre dans SkyView Hotel en octobre 2023. J'ai payé une nuit d'hôtel 90€ par nuit hors saison touristique, ce qui est assez cher par rapport au autres hôtels.
Pour ce prix tout est payant (eau, coffre fort, produits d'hygiène).Les femmes de menage passent dans votre chambre sans demander.
J'ai laissé la pochette dans la chambre le matin le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner (20 minutes d'absence) en bah de l'hôtel. En revenant, la dame de ménage a déjà passé et il n'y avait plus d'argent dans la pochette.
J'ai alerté de suite le personnel à l'accueil. J'ai expliqué la situation, mais l'hôtel me répond "chez nous ça vole pas". J'ai passé une après midi dans un commissariat en déclarant le vol dans la chambre.
Malheureusement l'hôtel ne peut rien faire. Ils n'ont même pas essayé d'investiguer sur le vol.
L'hôtel se déresponsabilise complètement en cas de vol de vos affairepersonnelles dans votre chambre fermée à clé.
Sinon, la nourriture dans l'hôtel est de qualité très médiocre. Il y avait beaucoup de mouches autour de la nourriture qui n'était pas protégée.
Les repas étaient répétitifs, peu diversifiés, pas frais(légumes souvent acides datant d'hier). La piscine minuscule et trop bruyante même si la vue est très belle. Pas de air conditionné dans les chambres(trop chaud, aucun moyen de se rafraîchir la nuit), trop de bruit venant de la rue, impossible de dormir correctement. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain.

La chambre était très bien agencée, une jolie salle de bain.
Le service restaurant est au top ainsi que le bar en terrasse.
Le personnel est très agréables et souriant.

La habitacion estuvo genial el trato fantastico el desayuno no estaba mal pero no era algo fantastico, me gustaria que el horario de la piscina fuera mas amplio ya que de noche las vistas son impresionantes.
