Poor condition of rooms, cleanliness poor. Bathroom was always flooded after taking a shower. Had to drop all towels to soak up each time. Sound proofing bad, could hear too much noise from other rooms.

Best part was the landscape and scenery

Personal war sehr freundlich ,gerade Gamze hanim an der Reception und Gamze hanim (Chefin) ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Werden immerwieder dahin fahren. Auch das Essen ist einmalig.

Für ältere Gäste hätte es einen Aufzug geben können.

Her sey cok keyifliydi, kahvalti daha iyi olabilirdi. Manzara mukemmeldi

The doors were noisy in the early morning as people are going for balloon ride. Our room had ceiling leak and the door to the terrace had a knob that's not working - only the dead bolt.
The room needs a facelift and the food was too much for our liking. Most of their clients are Asians so they should cater more for them.

Havuzu olduğu için tercih ettik fakat açık havuzu kullanamadık kirli olduğu için ,böcek sinek ve ağaç dalları ile doluydu. Bahçe katını satın almıştım havuza yakın olsun diye ama maalesef her yerden böcekler çıktı

Kötü yorumları görerek tereddüt etmiştik ama biz çok memnun kaldık . Her yaptığınıza karışan bir otel çalışanı yok . Çünkü bazen aşırı rahatsız edici olabiliyorlar. otelin manzarası mükemmel. Kahvaltı yeterli . Akşam yemeği açık büfe şeklinde . Otel çalışanları ilgili sadece odalar küçük malesef

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Instandhaltung war nicht optimal. Das Restaurant hatte Kantinenatmosphäre, tägl. wurden mehrere Busse voll Touristen dort bewirtet. Die Zimmer sind klein und auch das deluxe Zimmer war nicht grosszügig.Das Hallenbad war zu kühl, bei der Sauna schloss die Tür nicht.Insgesamt war es dem Preis ( 139/ Nacht) enttäuschend und nicht angemessen

Posizione bellissima sulla valle. Ottima la colazione soprattutto per chi predilige il salato. Camera vecchia con molte cose non funzionanti. Porte che sbattevano tutta la notte.

Otel çalışanları son derece samimi çalışkan yardımseverdiler. Otelin konumu ve manzarası harika. Yemekler gayet başarılı. Odalarda revizyon ihtiyacı var. Banyolar komple yenilenmeli. Temizlik konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Bölge hakkında tüm sorularımız yanıtlandı. Teşekkürler.

This hotel is unique having been built into a a side of a reenrant. It offered stunning views both day and night of the spectacular geological formations of the area.

Güzel ve sakin bir otel.Ulaşımı kolay. Resepsiyon ve yemekhane personeli güleryüzlü ve ilgili.

If you plan to visit Kapadokya, do not doubt for a second to stay at Uchisar Kaya Hotel!
I found this hotel by accident and it breaks my heart when I had to leave.
My check in was late and I was welcomed by Nur. She is friendly and it was a quick process. Zuhre is fast respond on WA, gave me a wonderful room with a magnificent view. Wake up to a fairy tale view every morning! Husein borrowed me umbrella when it was raining outside. For activities, talk to Hedi, he is a recommended activities expert! Due to weather balloons were not flying so Hedi gave another option and I chose Jeep Safari. It was super fun, the driver was also super crazy hahaha. No balloons no problem!
My flight was rescheduled and Hedi encouraged me to not just stay in the room. My last day in Kapadokya I went to Erciyes Ski Resort (around 1 hour driving from Kapadokya), Hedi arranged everything and it was an unforgetable first time experience!! They dropped me off back to the hotel even on time at 6pm as requested, amazing service!
I was planned to have 3 days Kapadokya and 2 days Istanbul trip but I am glad my flight was rescheduled so the entire trip is an exclusive Kapadokya trip!
