とても満足しました
Pros:

秋田観光のため滞在しました。フロントの対応も好感触でした。何より清潔感にあふれていて、どこを利用しても気持ちが良かったです。ランドリーを使用しましたが、TVのホテルの案内でランドリー使用状況を確認できるので、余計な動きをしなくて良かったです。夫が喫煙者なので喫煙可のお部屋にしましたが、空気清浄機が設置されていてありがたかったです。（私はタバコの臭いが苦手）
とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
付け加えて、夜に行ったホテル近くの居酒屋さんで秋田名物を堪能し、そこの店員さんも感じが良くて満足な旅でした。また来たいと思いました。

はじめてこちらのホテル利用させて頂きました。スタッフの対応も良く、当日はホテルの駐車場が満車でしたが、近くの駐車場に案内して頂き本当に助かりました。ホテルの雰囲気も良く、部屋の広く、部屋から見た外の景色も良かったです。次回もまたこちらのホテルを利用したいと思いました。

安くて綺麗でしたが、近くに飲食店もなく、コンビニも多少歩くのでちょっと不便でしたが、金額から考えると良いと思います。ただ、駅近のホテルが多少値段が高くても、そちらの方が魅力的でした。

禁煙部屋を2部屋予約していたにもかかわらず、チェックイン時には喫煙部屋しかないと言われた。消臭処理をしているので抗議したらかろうじて1部屋は禁煙部屋になったが、もう1部屋は喫煙部屋のまま。
