The hotel has a good location, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The service and treatment were also good.

Cons:

However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The towels were very old and should be replaced. Unfortunately, there were also insects coming out of the bathroom, which was very unpleasant.

Overall, the location and staff were good, but the condition of the room, old towels, and insects significantly affected our stay.

我觉得是非常棒的体验，而且这个建筑其实是值得慢慢去品味的，因为行程比较匆忙，都还没有去体验，他们的游泳池都根本没有看见游泳是在什么地方，因为这个区域还是太大了，下次一定要多体验一下他的游泳池

这个酒店是一个19世纪的建筑进行翻新的，翻新的非常不错，在酒店的大厅其实是个餐厅，这个酒店一共有三个餐厅，还有一个披萨店，还有一个喝酒的酒吧都在这个接触区里面这个建筑群非常大，是有三个不同的区域组成的房间除了枕头有点高一排其他的都非常好，窗户是木头的用的传统的工艺，但是密封性隔音性都还不错，特别值得出的是他们的装修以及一楼和二楼的夹层的一些布置可以拍照完全还原呀19世纪的那种感觉，古堡里面的感觉有一种在古堡里面的主人的感觉非常棒光线射击用的材料发的材料都很好，包括很好的很多的硬件改造都不错，包括他的房间里面的空调挂机，空调都是没有线如何管道的，都是藏在了后面应该排水口是走屋顶的，吊顶上找的非常好

我觉得枕头应该该提供更多的尺寸，我觉得枕头有点高，如果有矮一点的枕头会更好

Pros:

Beautiful property in a great location in the old city- very atmospheric period mansion.

Cons:

It was insanely hot while we were in Antalya and the air conditioning in the room was not on when we arrived so it was stifling! Took a while for the room to cool down.

Great location, disappointing room

Location was great.

Cons:

The room had a dangerous step down just inside the door. On arrival the hotel staff did not mention this nor turn the light on after opening the door resulting in my wife having a bad fall as soon as we arrived and needing ice for her injury for the next two nights. The shower arrangement was poor and the water pressure terrible. Thr shower towels were old. The outdoor furniture was broken. The toilet would not flush and we had to pour water out of the kettle to make it flush properly. The room was not cleaned unless we asked. It had very squeaky floorboards that woke each of us up if the other walked on them and no doubt annoyed downstairs.

Highly recommended if you're after elegance and beauty
Pros:

My favourite place in Antalya. We stay at this wonderful hotel every year for a few days. It is pure understated chic and elegance. The location in the old town is perfect, away from the cheap tourist crowds. The fine dining restaurant is the cherry on top.

Lovely stay in Antalya
Pros:

We loved our stay. Hotel was in a great location. We had very good communication to advise where the carparking was and staff came and got our luggage and guided us to the hotel. We really enjoyed the poool and garden area during our stay. It was very relaxing. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The breakfast area was beautiful and the buffet was very extensive. Would stay again if in Antalya.
