Tuvana Hotel - Special Class

Tuvana Hotel is pure old-world charm in the heart of Kaleiçi. The staff are extraordinarily helpful, the on-site restaurants are amazing, and you can easily walk to all the highlights of Old Town. A wonderful stay — highly recommend!

The hotel itself has some charm and ambiance to it but our room was dreadful.
Upon entering there was a pile of dirt that the maid had left behind, The toilet was very low as was the bed. The mattress was thin and sagged badly the length of the middle.
Just overall dingy and uncomfortable.

Tuvana Hotel is perfectly situated to explore the old town of Antalya. It is small but nicely historic with a pool, loungers and outside bar which was perfect for winding down after sightseeing. Arriving late, the welcome was friendly and there were plenty of bars and places nearly to eat and grab some food, Breakfast was served in the Seraser restaurant in another old building with a courtyard setting. Lovely choice of food but the orange juice could be freshly squeezed which it didn't seem to be. AC was included and there was plenty of hot water.

The hotel itself was well placed near the action and nightlife but also very quiet. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only down side was that the room smelled damp. Probably due to heat outside and aircon inside. More airing of the rooms might help. Breakfast was average.

It was a very comfortable and stylish heritage hotel in the center of old town Antalya. It was easy to walk to sights and food.

Beautiful boutique hotel that was once an old house, giving it so much charm and character. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of everything—yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The staff were wonderful and so helpful (they even carried our luggage up to the top floor where we stayed).

There’s a designated car park space which makes it super convenient if you’re renting a car, and the hotel also has a lovely restaurant. Breakfast each morning was served as a buffet in the main restaurant, and daily housekeeping kept everything spotless.

Highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel!

Great location, delicious breakfast, parking, friendly staff.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Great location in Old Town. I didnt like the fact that room we recived was on the 3rd floor so walking up on those stairs few times a day was a lot. Also it seemed as we were VIP section which was eligibility for room upgrate and nobody informed us about it.

Staff were amazing but our room was dark dingy and the aircon turned itself off every hour. We didn’t have a full nights sleep the entire time we were there because of other guests slamming doors into the early hours of the night or drunk people singing outside. It’s actually a lovely little hotel and the staff are fantastic but ultimately I can’t give a higher score because I literally didn’t sleep well once.

Location was good if you want to be in old town. Old town is VERY hard to navigate if you are driving. We never experienced noise like we did there! There was a wedding at the hotel that went to midnight and was SO LOUD and people coming and going at all hours slamming their doors shut. Bed was ok. Service was fair.

Staff were very nice but the room was really bad. Back doors barely closed, no WiFi in the room, breakfast was really poor, especially seen as they served it from a ‘fine dining’ restaurant. Could never find anyone at the bar to get a drink, when someone came, we paid 20 euros for a prosecco, ouch! A shame because the location was very good and the staff were nice.

The property location is ideal for dining options, for walking to the beach and approximately 35 minutes to the airport.
Breakfast plentiful and delicious and dinner at the restaurant was tasty.

Very romantic

Check-in was smooth and the front desk manager was polite. However, once we informed him that we are not going to use his restaurant and purchase his recommended boat trip..his polite manner changed in minutes. Also, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water inside the room after paying 250 dollars per night. I was told to go out and buy my own water. I'm a diamond and platinum member in several hotels. This is my first time being treated in very rude way special during our checkout time with my family. Please treat all properly and equally.

Loved my stay, would HIGHLY recommend to anyone coming to Antalya! Perfect location and wonderful staff!
