Pros:

The room was amazing. We had a very comfortable stay. Had no issues. Breakfast was good had good options of western and Thai dishes. Location was amazing, walking distance to Terminal 21 Mall which had amazing food. Walking distance to train stations. Highly recommend staying here.

An unhappy stay because my room had no window!
Pros:

Great location. Very near Asok BTS and Benjakitti Park.

Cons:

My room had no window!! I opened the curtain and there was a heavily frosted pane of glass. No View and very little natural light.

Pros:

The location was perfect for my needs as the services I wanted to access were all within a 1 km radius of the hotel. The location only 1 block from the MRT station entrance, which gives total access to pretty much anywhere in Bangkok. It's also situated just behind Terminal 21, the Sukhumvit area, with lots of excellent restaurants and entertainment.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit past its prime, meaning the furnishings and overall decor are from a past glorious era. But nonetheless the place was quite clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The pool was small and definitely not anything to write home about. Again, in my situation, for the amount of things I needed to do, this was not a concern.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was convenient for getting around.
