Localização excelente, quarto muito espaçoso, camas bem comfortáveis e limpo.

Fomos muito bem recebidos em nossa chegada. Ótima localização. Quarto confortável. Recepção prestativa, porém funciona até as 04:00h, e não funciona pela manhã!

Had the standard ByPillow brand as far as a great little sitting/amenity room with free water, coffee and luggage storage. Front desk hours are limited but access to building after hours was not a problem. No food available in the building but great places to eat early to late right across the street. Drawbacks were a very dreary entry that was not inviting at all and the ByPillow brand room scent was overdone and overwhelming. Suggest unplug the room freshener asap once you check in or if you have any sensitivity to perfume don’t pick this as your place to stay. Overall like the brand and would recommend.

What I appreciated most was how clean the hotel and our room were. The location was very walkable and convenient but quiet, despite some construction noise in the morning. Also, the staff were very kind and welcoming.

Wonderful stay here, friendly service and clean room. I personally appreciate that everything was close by and within walking distances whether it’s a restaurant, cafés or sights to visits. Overall a great location!!

They were very responsive and very funny upon checkin. Really enjoyed our stay - would recommend.

Great location to see the sights! Modern interior in an older building. Nicely decorated rooms. and access to a lounge with seating for many. Coffee and tea in both room and lounge.

The staff was very nice, hotel was very clean and nice, room was perfect. It was quiet, very updated, very clean and had cleaning service. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, simple and comfortable rooms in the heart of the ancient city center. The location is super. The rooms are small but equipped with all comforts. The staff is friendly and professional. Very good quality-price ratio. However, you need to know that you have to pay to park your car,at this hotel as everywhere here in Florence, and it doesn't come cheap: 50 euros a day!

This is an absolutely amazing value for the money. Modern, clean, perfect location. Will definitely stay here again.
