ARRIVAL: 24H Reception

TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day . Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (maximum 1 pet per room)

-The Spa Area offers an access of 2 relaxed hours under an extra cost and it is subject to availability due to its limited capacity.

une fois encore un excellent séjour dans un hôtel très confortable
Pros:

Je séjournais pour la troisième fois dans cet établissement et les prestations sont toujours top. Le personnel est sympathique, les chambres confortables, la vue sur mer exceptionnelle, le petit déjeuner varié et très copieux.

Everything was great
Pros:

Location perfect, right in front of the beach. Breakfast was good as usual in Spain (good buffet with fresh fruit, ham, coffee and even cava), cafe with a sea view, the selection is the same every morning, but I even like it. Not far from the bus stop, opposite there is parking in the blue zone for 6 euros per day, there are many cafes nearby if anyone wants variety.

Cons:

It's a bit far from Barcelona airport, but I liked everything about the hotel, although we always want a lower price. :)

Premium in name, but in reality a tired 3 star hotel. deception of customers.

Located right at the beach, just accross the street. Pet friendly. Locked garage in the vicinity.

Cons:

this 4* "premium" hotel in reality is an ordinary 3* hotel, in respect to the standard of the building, food and service. It also costs more than several other 4* hotels in Costa Brava..
Hotel shows considerable wear: loose wallpaper, scratches, damaged surfaces and generally tired interiors. The furniture in our room had a strong, unpleasant smell resembling that of an old, mouldy house.
The biggest disappointment was the food. We took half-board and regretted it a lot. Dinner costs €23 per person and is served as a buffet, but the quality and variety do not justify the price. Often breakfast food recycled again at dinner. The set up is very basic and followed the same formula every evening: plain, fried meat, chicken or fish, with no seasoning and minimal effort to create flavour. Some food came right from a can. Plates were dirty. The atmosphere and food quality reminded more of a student canteen than a 4* hotel restaurant. Water is not included and must be purchased separately for around 3Eur.
Another unpleasant point is the restaurant seating. The pleasant section with the sea view is reserved for occasional external customers, while hotel guests on half-board are forced into the darker interior section, even when most of sea-view tables remain empty. This creates the unpleasant impression that paying hotel guests are treated as a lower category of customer. For guests paying to stay in the hotel, this felt unnecessarily dismissive. The interior dining area has dull furniture and quite depressing atmosphere. In addition, to make things worse, a stern and judgmental maître d’ makes you feel like a criminal, rather than a welcomed guest.
In summary, the main problem is the gap between the hotel’s "premium" 4* positioning and the reality. I could not find anything that was "premium" there. The hotel is overpriced.
My advice is to check a good 3* hotel.

Vi likte oss svært godt
Pros:

Kort vei til Strand, god frokost, laks og kaffe og kakene var spesielt god. Fin størrelse på rommene. Deilig med balkong.

Cons:

Savnet litt mer velkomst ved mottakelse til frokost og fra resepsjonen når vi passerte inn og ut av hotellet.
