TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€)
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 20 EUR per pet and per day . Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (maximum 1 pet per room)

-The Spa Area offers an access of 2 relaxed hours under an extra cost and it is subject to availability due to its limited capacity.
- Please note children under 14 years old are not allowed in the spa.

-The hotel offers daily cleanning and the towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days.

Le seul inconvénient est lié au parking. Il peut être compliqué de trouver une place.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had. The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The rooms are incredibly dark, dingy and outdated and there is an odd smell throughout. The AC didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. I was absolutely shocked at the state of it.

We complained straight away and the very rude receptionist told us they couldn’t change our room. She offered no apologies. She also said she couldn’t help with changing or cancelling the booking as her manager wasn’t there but would be the following day. She told us to call Booking.com, which we did and they told us they needed 48 hours to process our request, but 48 hours was the length of our stay. We were stuck there.

The following day we got a response from the hotel saying we could change room for an additional charge, which we were not willing to do as a stay in that hotel was not something I would ever have paid for.

There was no sense of customer service - no apology that we were upset with our stay and no acknowledgment of the state of the hotel, how disappointed we were or how bad our room was. The least they could have said was sorry.

There is also an additional charge of €15pp per 2 hours of pool time which was not made clear ahead of our stay.

Additionally, it’s on the very edge of Blanes away from any of the bits you would want to see - I urge you to stay ANYWHERE else for your trip.

The hotel totally ruined our holiday, and forcing us to stay and not letting us move / refunding what was an extremely overpriced stay was awful.

Szuper hogy a tengerparton található, nagyon finom volt a reggeli is. A szoba alapvetően jól felszerelt volt. A személyzet 90%ban nagyon kedves volt.

Cons:

Szerintem vicc hogy a wellnessért külön fizetni kell egy 4 csillagos hotelben, nyilván nem emiatt mentünk hiszen ott a tenger de rossz idő esetén (ami az első napunkon fentállt) lehet hogy kipróbáltuk volna. Az ágynemű piszkos volt érkezéskor. A falak nagyon vékonyak, első reggel a szomszéd, szobában felejtett(?), telefonjáról hallgattuk az ébresztőt egy 10-20 percet. Összességében semleges érzésekkel távoztunk hiszen bőven volt pozitív élményünk is a hotellel.
