Agradable pero mejorable para lo que se paga.
Pros:

Las piscinas y el tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

El buffet tiene poca variedad.
La animación tanto de la piscina como la de la noche es pobre y se ubica de manera muy mala y con poca organización por lo que es incómodo.
Se cometieron varios fallos en recepción que conllevaron que nos cerraron la habitación dos días como si tuvieramos que haberla dejado dos días antes de lo pagado.
El servicio de maquinas de juego de los niños se traga las monedas y luego no las devuelven porque dicen que es una empresa externa.

Una estancia muy buena !!!
Pros:

La comodidad de las habitaciones , la comida del buffet estaba muy buena, los desayunos son espectaculares. Las piscinas, los toboganes. La limpieza de las zonas comunes tanto de los restaurantes es un punto muy bueno a destacar.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar la animación en general , por ejemplo que la animación de los niños estuviera más cerca de la zona céntrica , o la discoteca infantil no se aprecia ningún día y podrían hacerla antes de la actuación de mayores . Para que así los niños se animaran .
La comida del chiringuito no es mala pero tiene un precio bastante elevado, hablando de que ya somos huéspedes del hotel . Y el parking que sea de coste es la primera vez que nos sucede en un hotel de dichas características.

Los niños lo pasaron estupendamente.

La zona de toboganes y la habitación amplia y cómoda

Cons:

Me trataron y hablaron súper mal al entrada del buffet. Deberían existir dos colas diferentes, una para los que esperan mesa y otra para los que van en familia y ya tienen una mesa asignada, no entiendo porque tengo que esperar la cola de asignación de mesa si mi familia ya tiene una dentro cogida.

Pros:

Las piscinas y la zona de toboganes estaba muy bien y nada masificada, las habitaciones grandes le han dado un lavado de cara para hacerlo más moderno pero el baño y las ventanas de los años 90… una bañera un tanto peligrosa sobre todo si vas con niños pequeños

No me gustó los pasillos… nada que se parezca a un 4* estuvimos 3 noches y pagamos bastante, la verdad que me desilusione mucho cuando vi las habitaciones .. el buffet bastante escaso para ser un 4* solo había una parrilla con un tipo de carne y otra con 1 tipo de pescado… en general si el precio fuese un poco más bajo estaría acorde con lo que ofrecen … me parece un poco “ robo “ la calidad / servicio … siento mi comentario pero reservé con la toda la ilusión de pasar un días maravillosos pero me llevé una desilusión

Un resort exclusivement pour les espagnols
Pros:

L’espace piscine est très bien
L’emplacement proche de la mer est super

Cons:

Le personnel a de grosses lacunes en anglais
C’est clairement un resort pour espagnol
Ils ne maîtrise pas très bien la langue de shakespeare et du coup ignore toutes les demandes ou remarques que l’on peut faire
C’est dommage car ils ont l’air attentifs avec les clients espagnols
On se sent exclus si on ne maîtrise pas l’espagnol
Malgré cela le personnel est très poli

La salle de fitness est vieillissante
Nous n’avons pas été prévenue que le spa était fermé.

Para descansar y disfrutar de la piscina no lo recomiendo .. no recomiendo la pensión completa .. y eso quieres disfruta

La piscina , no tienen vergüenza, la gente dejaba las toallas y se iban y estaba todo ocupado sin gente ni en el agua de la piscina .. no podía disfrutar de la piscina porque no había sitio. El hotel no hacía nada al respeto , solo que no podía quitar pertenecías de otros clientes cuando solo había toallas en las hamacas .. Vergonzoso !
Luego el desayuno, mucha gente, esperas muy largas para poder entrar .. lo mejor el personal .. muy simpáticos todos , bueno casi, una de recepción era un poco borde , dio unas contestaciones que no eran acordes a estar cara al público ..
