Pros:

Todo el hotel está adaptado para movilidad reducida. Nos ha encantado que la piscina grande disponga de rampas en casa extremo para acceder a ella… fácil parking, buffet cumple con las expectativas, hotel reformado, muy bonito y amplio. Al igual que las habitaciones. Te dejan agua de cortesía. El horario de piscina de 10 a 21… acceso directo a la playa

Me resultó un poco caro que te cobren 4€ por la botella de agua de 1L …3,5€ la bebida ok… pero encima son las de 237ml que si son las grandes de 330ml pues mejor… y aunque no es competencia del hotel, el acceso directo a la playa, el camino del hotel al paseo marítimo que son literalmente 10 metros muy mal para movilidad reducida

HAY QYE CAMBIAR AL DIRECTIOR DEL HOTEL Y CAMBIAR LOS SUELOS DE LOS RESTAURANTES Y LAS PISCINAS .
Pros:

Fui de vacaciones con mi hijo y mi perrita del 25 de agosto a 2 de septiembre. Tido era maravilloso hasta que el día 28 de agosto comiendo en el restaurante del hotel a la carta que está al lado de la piscina , antes de que llegase el postre me fui a mojar las piernas ya que tengo un prolapso linfático que comunique al hotel antes de ir porque esta enfermedad provocada por un entrenador personal por una mala praxis al hacer sentadillas, me resbalé como si hubiera pisado un plátano y caí de espaldas y dándome un golpazo en la cabeza , en ese momento me asusté y me puse a llorar , pensé que me había roto alguna vertebra y en la cabeza el golpe había sido tan fuerte que no sabía la gravedad que podía ser , pensé que a mi familia y a mí se nos habían acabado las vacaciones . Me vinieron a socorrer varios matrimonios que estaban comiendo en el restaurante los csmarer&s del restaurante y mi hijo que se quedó tan paralizado por la caída que le costó levantarse de la silla , pensó cuando vio la caída que me tenían que llamar a una ambulancia . Allí no aparecieron los socorristas , estaba a la salida de la piscina y ellos deberían haberme socorrido .una de las camareras me trajo hielo para la cabeza me dolía muchísimo y fueron los camareros del restaurante y la gente que llevaba mascarilla tiempo en el hotel los que me dijeron que ese suelo que es el mismo que tienen en el propio restaurante que es un chiringuito al lado de la piscina que se habían tenido que comprar calzado antideslizante para poder trabajar y no resbalarse y caerse porque les había pasado muchas veces . Yo no quise asustar a mi hijo de los dolores que tenía y nos subimos a la habitación . Cuando pasó un poco de tiempo y me levanté de la cama , me dolía muchísimo la espalda y la cabeza ,por ello llamé a recepción a ver si era posible que me viera un médico y que me dieran un gemocatil . Me dijeron que en una hora aproximadamente llegaría el médico .

NADIE ME UXILIO EN LA CAÍDA , ME DECÍAN QUE FUERA AK HOSSPITAL Y YO NO ME PODÍA MOVER Y CON MI HIJO DE 15 años y mi perrita. El director del hotel y una de las de recepción se portaron muy mal . El director del hotel me dijo que la culpa había sido mía . Volví a solicitar al médico en otra ocasiones mi estancia y además de que nunca llegó me trataron como si yo estuviera loca … y como si no tuviera derecho a nada … lo peor fue el día que me fui dije que quería hablar con el director y cuando llegó el momento apareció otro señor diciendo que era el director , este señor era un chulo … los DIRECTORES PORQUE SL FIBSL SALIERON LOS DOS UN TAL FRANCISCO QUE AL LLEGAR AL HOTEL SEVPRESENTO COMO FRANCISCO Y EL OTRO PERSINAJE QUE NUNCA ME QYUSIVDECIR SU NOMBRE. ELBDUACANTERIIR TUVE PROBLENAS PARA SACAR DINERIBEN EK CAJERO QUE HAY CERCA DEL HOTEL Y NO PUDECSACAR DINERO, CUANDI FUI A PAGAR ME DABA PROBLEMAS PARA PAGAR Y LLAME A LA CAIXA HABLÉ CON MI ASISTENTENTE DE LA CAIXA Y COMO NO ERA RAN FACIL ESTOS DOS Personajes EMPEZARON A DECIRME QUE IBAN A LLANA A LA POLICÍA COMO SI NI FUERA A OAGAR . Su TRATO FUE VEJATORIO HACIA MI Y MI HIJO AK FINAL PAGUÉ HACIENDO UNA TRANFERENCUS LA TARJETA NI ME FUNCIONÓ. NoME LO PODÍA CEER LO WYE NOSCESTABA PASANDO A MI Y AMI HIJO. EL HOTEL DEBERÍA DE CAMBIAR DE DIRECTOR O DIRECTORES UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS Y LA CANTIDAD QYE ME HABÍA GASTADO EN EL HOTEL UNIS 2599 ERIS HACEN QYE EL HOTEL NO TENGA NINGÚN PRESTIGIO. FUERA EL DIRECTOR FRABCUSCI Y EL OTRO SEÑOR QUE TODAVÍA NO SE QUIEN ES !!! Solo tuve asistencia y ayuda del personal que eran jovencísimos y súper educado !LES DOY LAS GRACIAS!!!

Not what you expect from a 5 star
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and comfortable

Cons:

1/ The food. Breakfast and dinner buffet not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.
2/ Guest could smoke at the swimming pool which made sitting around the pool area a very unpleasant experience
2/ Food at the bar Ole was overpriced would even be limit for a 3 star hotel

We enjoyed the pool and the private beach .The decor was very nice and modern .The evening entertainment was not enjoyable something a little more upbeat .The staff were excellent always smiling and polite.Why only one soft chair no coffee table so no where to put your cup and one of us sitting on a desk chair not comfortable certainly not five star.

Cons:

As I spoke to the maitre de the food was very disappointing the choice was great but always cold the dishes had no covers over the food to keep it hot some glass covers would help we do realise it can be hard to keep food hot also no microwave to reheat which was a shame as the choice was excellent many people told us they had the same problem we did change the time of eating but still the same .

Las piscinas estaban bien, habitación muy amplia.

Cons:

El baño no está bien distribuido, espacio pequeño para la zona de wc, comparado con lo grande que era el baño mucho espacio desaprovechado. Desayuno muy flojo, café de baja calidad. Para un 5* esperaba un poco más.
