Decepción. No es 5 estrellas... como mucho 4 y con las puntas rotas.

El aire acondicionado.

Cons:

La habitación con el baño sin privacidad de ningún tipo y la ducha en mitad de la habitación. El buffet para ser un hotel 5 estrellas era de bastante poca calidad y con unas colas enormes. La piscina totalmente desangelada y descuidada. En general mal ambiente y mala experiencia. Detalles de cortesía típicos de este nivel de hotel que brillan por su ausencia. No volveremos.

Pros:

La habitación súper confortable,amplia,con vistas al mar,muy limpia y un baño espectacular.Las piscinas están súper bien y el ambiente muy familiar,encantados con todos los servicios y el personal un encanto.

Cons:

Que en el comedor donde se almuerza falta Un poco de orden y control. Si traen platos tipos de restaurantes Míchelin como era los entrantes de cortesía que menos que explicar los tipos de sales o como se come tal. De todas maneras iban descontrolados se equivocaron varias veces en las comandas colocándolas a otras mesas que habían llegado más tarde

Good 5-Star hotel but a little expensive.
Pros:

Location, spaciousness, well maintained, well appointex bedrooms, friendly accommodating staff (especially José at the pool bar - fist bumps with stars!), the outdoor pools (salt not chlorine), helpful reception staff (thank you Diego) and enjoyable evening entertainment.

Cons:

The Spa was closed for several days - mad in the peak summer season! A tad too expensive overall.

Peu de services inclus pour un 5 étoiles
Cons:

Les serviettes de salle de bain doivent être changées tous les jours . Le petit déjeuner devait être compris ds le prix. Des infos pourtant primordiales (heures bus aéroport) compliqués à fournir. Toute une affaire pour avoir des essuies de piscine compliqué à obtenir. J ai déjà été ds des hôtels quatre étoiles et tous ces points étaient respectés .

Hotel tranquilo, muy cómodo y limpio
Pros:

La piscina, la habitacion y el Buffet.

Cons:

No hay animacion para niños y algunas cosas de pago ( sala de recreativos, spa, camas balinesas, pistas de padel, etc.)
