5 estrellas cuestionables

La amabilidad del personal es algo a destacar.

Cons:

No tiene categoría de 5 estrellas, es un 4 estrellas raspado.
Las instalaciones se notan de mala calidad. Nada insonorizado, te tiras la noche oyendo ruidos precedentes d dentro del hotel y todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado.
El mantenimiento nefasto, hay zonas en la que la pintura de las paredes está levantada y se ve muy poco higiénico.
Las habitaciones muy justitas, el WC es claustrofóbico.
El spá es malísimo por el precio que tiene, no te relaja porque tienes a los demás esperando a que sagas de las piscinas.
El desayuno bufett es muy normalito, no es el desayuno de un 5 estrellas. Te encuentras, por ejemplo, los tomates que llevan muchísimo tiempo cortados, tienen mala pinta al igual que el salmón con los bordes resecos. El paté de muy mala calidad y la fruta muy mal cortada y marchita.
Luego, contratas una cena buffet y no te avisan de que esa noche, por ser el día de Andalucía, es un menú degustación. No tienen en cuanta que van niños adolescentes que no toman menú infantil, ni comen esos tipos de menú, precisamente hemos elegido ese hotel para que los niños disfruten de un buffet. Tampoco tienen en cuenta que hay personas con intolerancias que no pueden comer determinadas cosas.
Pero lo peor fue la calidad del menú degustación, independientemente de que te gusten unas cosas o no, los platos llegaban fríos y algunos espaciados en demasía, para servir los gurullos se tardaron unos 40 minutos , allí esperando ya se te quitan las fans de seguir de menú, los niños se dieron un paseo por Almerimar mientras esperaban el plato y al final era de calidad cuestionable, apelmazados y fríos.

Nos hemos llevado una desilusión muy grande y no hemos sido los únicos, en el spá la gente se quejaba diciendo que era de los peores en los que han estado.
Tengo la total seguridad de que no volveré

Hôtel à voir - Bon séjour
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse et la literie très confortable. Le personnel accueillant et professionnel surtout au restaurant. La vue sur la mer. Le parking extérieur gratuit à proximité. L’hôtel en lui-même qui est vraiment très beau.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner qui manquait de variétés mais en cette saison, on peut comprendre (peu de clients). Le repas du soir (demi-pension) n’était vraiment pas à notre goût. Un conseil: choisir la suggestion du jour qui paraît mieux travaillée.
Concernant la chambre, une lumière intérieure permanente toute la nuit (issue de secours) est assez gênante.

Un très bel hôtel. Efficace en tous points
Pros:

Le personnel est très chaleureux avec un gros bonus pour la personne du petit déjeuner, adorable notamment avec notre bébé. La chambre (suite) était parfaite et adaptée au bébé.
