comfy bed, was quite noisy in the early hours.
bit noisy in early hours.
Location excellent for my tennis tournament- room quiet- perhaps a bit expensive for my requirements.
Beautifully decorated, scrupulously clean and very welcoming! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who without exception were cheerful and friendly. Fabulous breakfast, was cooked to order by the chef as the hotel was not busy. Super comfy bed, very restful night’s sleep.
Stayed there on NYE (having dinner at a friend's house nearby). Just needed a room for the night. Room was comfortable, clean, spacious. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very good.
It took an age walking to the room (hotel is quite big). And then my key card didn't work. However, I guess these things happen. And the receptionist upgraded me as an apology which was a nice touch.
Location was perfect for accessing Heathrow Airport to drop off a family member.
The hotel was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Staff were very friendly and attentive
The room we had was a little tired
