很满意，和歌山一定再选这家
Pros:

位置非常不错，窗外景色一流，楼下就是巴士站和商场，走去吃饭的地方也很近，还是比较方便。早餐超预期，性价比一流，轻奢风

- Amazing view from bedroom!
- Located centrally with a bus right outside.

Cons:

- The customer service from one of the employees on the last day was quite rude. We were treated like criminals for wanting to keep our luggage there.

部屋の匂いがなければ100点だった。　
Pros:

スタッフは礼儀正しくて清潔感が有り言葉使いも丁寧だった。　窓から見える和歌山城もとても美しく良いロケーションであった。

Cons:

禁煙部屋を予約したが、過去に喫煙者が使用したらしく、タバコの匂いが残っていた。部屋の交換も検討したが一泊だった事も有り窓を開けることで対応した。

和歌山城最高🙌
Pros:

お城大好きなのでお城が見える部屋、お城見ながら朝ごはん、それだけで幸せでした。
あとの細かいことはどうでもいいです。

Cons:

テレビで、朝食会場の混雑具合を見て、少々混雑のレベルで入ったのにガラガラでした。

Cons:

以前より利用していましたが、利用した次期　又は曜日が悪かった？　朝食の種類が少なく感じた。全体的にボリュームも無く　なのに料金だけは高い!前日宿泊したホテルと比べ　がっかり(´・ω・｀)しました。朝食が魅力で知人にも話してましたが　　和歌山市に泊まるなら…と思ったがもう宿泊は止めます　ガッカリ😴
