清潔感があり、設備も充分必要なものがある。
駅からのアクセスは最高ではないが、車旅だったので問題無し。
旅の目的の大部分は和歌山城だったので、部屋や朝食会場からお城が見えて最高だった。
朝食もバラエティがあり、味も良く満足できた。
特に悪いところは無かった。
駐車代が1000円ですが出し入れ自由なので良かった。
とても清潔で部屋も広め、お風呂もいい
冷蔵庫が壊れていたのか冷えない、お城が見えるのを楽しみに来たのにどの部屋からも見えるわけではなかった
部屋の変更をすぐに対応してくれました！マッサージチェアがとても快適でした！
笑顔が足りない！
全てが期待以上なのは間違いないですが、清掃に関しては窓についた手の跡や窓際の埃など、見落としと思われる感じが残っていて少しもったいない気持ちになりました。
それ以外は本当に素晴らしく、また宿泊したいです。

洗衣機太少，只有三台
フロントの方からお部屋の掃除の方まで、スタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧で感じが良かった。

とにかくキレイで部屋が広いです！
ベッドと壁の間がすごく広くて子供がいても全く邪魔にならない！ロケーションもホテル下にマクドナルド、コンビニなどがあり、部屋からはきれいに和歌山城も見れてすごく便利でお得感がありました。
これといって特にないけど20階建てくらいあるのでエレベーターがなかなかこない！5分近く待った時もありましたが、それもそんなに気にならないくらいいいホテルでした！
立地と部屋から見える和歌山城。
1Fにはコンビニとマクドナルドがあり困ることはなかった。
窓を開けると埃が堆積していたのが唯一良くなかった点。
またホテルとは関係ないが夜の駐車場にて何かの集会だったのか子連れの若い子育て世帯(柄の悪い)方々がいて少々怖かった。
飯店的所在位置方便，房間離投幣洗衣機很近，很方便。
住宿停車得另外付停車費，不過這是每個飯店各自的收費方式！！
