The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was spotless and beautifully furnished, and the view was truly amazing. When the time came to say goodbye, it was hard to leave the room. :)
Breakfast was good and varied, with a sufficiently long serving interval to fit any schedule.
Hotel offers semi-open parking garage with a ramp, so I knew my car was safe and I didn't have any worries about it.
The location of the hotel is also excellent, just a pleasant 10-minute walk to the city center.

Grazie per il soggiorno piacevole.
Pros:

L’albergo è vicino al centro. Posizione molto buona. Colazione più che ottima,abbondantissima. Perfetto il garage. Lo consiglio.

Cons:

La camera era accogliente ma l’arredamento un po’ Novecentesco. Anche se il letto era comodissimo.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer schrecklich. Sehen mich nie wieder.

Das Personal ist freundlich, kann einem aber nur leid tun hier arbeiten zu müssen.

Cons:

Ich weiß nicht in welchem Zustand die anderen Zimmer sind, meines war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Eigentlich gehört dieses Hotel gesundheitsbehördlich geschlossen. Schwarzer Schimmel an den schmutzigen und rissigen Wänden, Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Silikonfugen würden unter dem Mikroskop bestimmt sehr lebendig aussehen. Ein rostiger, schmutziger Handtuch Heizkörper auf den man kein Handtuch hängen möchte. Sehr schmutziger und mit Flecken übersäter Teppich. Dementsprechend war auch der Geruch im Zimmer. Die offensichtlich sehr alte und durchgelegene Matratze wollte ich mir gar nicht genauer ansehen, sonst hätte ich sowieso kein Auge zugetan. Ich möchte wirklich nicht unhöflich sein und schlecht über andere urteilen. Fehler passieren und nichts ist perfekt. Aber vor diesem Hotel möchte ich alle warnen die überlegen hier zu schlafen. Das freundliche Personal entschuldigte sich beschämt und meinte nur dass die Eigentümer seit Jahren sagen "nächstes Jahr werden wir renovieren..."
