Never booking this hotel again, as we got assigned a smoking room after booking non-smoking.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, and has standard amenities, as all business hotels. It is decently located somewhere near Sannomiya Station. Make sure not to confuse it with the Premium hotel.

Cons:

We had explicitly booked a non-smoking room, but were assigned a smoking room. That is absolutely unacceptable. This was not even seen as a problem by the staff. The man at the receptions was being friendly, but only offered us to pay for an upgrade to get a non-smoking room. So we payed more than 30 % over the original rate to stay in a bigger room (looked like a special room with accessibility features), as this was apparently the only non-smoking room still available. Yes, the room was bigger, but for such a price, we could have booked a much nicer hotel with better service and better breakfast.

朝食が数は少なかったが美味しかった

Cons:

Wi-Fiのつながりが悪いし、ユニバーサルデザインといっても、お風呂の椅子があったくらいで、広くもないし、浴槽が高かった

お仕事向き。少し気になるところあり。
Pros:

出張に特化したお部屋のレイアウトはいつも使いやすいです。スタッフの皆さんは非常に丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。

Cons:

駅前の工事に合わせてルートを紹介して欲しかったです。寝衣が誰かが着ていたような匂いがして使えませんでした。できればマグだけではなく、フォーク、スプーンぐらいが置いてあると助かります。
