Wie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, das Zimmer geräumig und alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Schade, dass es kein Restaurant mehr im Haus gibt. So war das Frühstück reichlich, doch konventionell.

Das Hotel im Sommer empfehlenswert, immer Winter nicht. Die einzigartige Winterlandschaft war super.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption und in der Zimmerreinigung war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Zimmer groß, Betten in Ordnung, aber auch mit kleineren Mängeln, wie zerkratzte Möbel, von zwei Steckdosen ging immer nur eine, der Waschtisch im Bad unansehnlich.

Cons:

Leider ist die Internetpräsenz des Hotels mehr als unaktuell... dort wird mit einem Restaurant geworben, dass es seit drei Jahren nicht mehr gibt... der SPA Bereich und insbesondere der Innenpool entsprechend in keinster Weise einem Wohlfühlfaktor. Das Wasser im Pool mit 17 bis 18 Grad und das im eisigen Winter 2026, vermiest den Aufenthalt. Zudem fehlt der Hinweis, dass Menschen mit Gehproblemen bzw. eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht barrierefrei in den SPA bzw. Poolbereich gelangen.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich :-) Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Qualität des Frühstückes hat viel Luft nach oben.
Im Poolbereich ist es sehr kalt.

Zimmer und Service war sehr gut

Cons:

Die Temperatur vom Pool war leider zu kalt. Im Februar benötigt man keine Abkühlung. Der Saunabereich war sehr gut besucht von Gästen außerhalb des Hotels, wodurch wir als Hotelgäste keinen Platz mehr hatten. Das war schade.
