Hallways were awful hot! Smell on first floor by elevator all weekend! Only 2 towels!

It's easy to get to & has plenty of places to eat close by.

Cons:

We were on the bottom floor and the room above us was pretty loud till about 10 pm. Sounded like kids running across the floor. Otherwise, things were fine

The worst booking process ever
Pros:

The front desk could not let us check in because booking.com could only supply an internal confirmation numbers instead of a Hampton number. We spent an hour with no resolution and forced to find a new hotel on our own. I will NEVER use booking.com and will make sure everyone I know never uses your service again. Absolutely the worst experience with incompetent employees

Comfy and great staff.
Pros:

The layout of the room, the comfort of the bed, the fact that we were on the first floor and the breakfast had lots of options.

Cons:

The wear and tear of the room. You could tell pictures had been moved but nothing had been patched on the walls and there were live bugs in the light in the bathroom.

Nice hotel but fridge did not work!

The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Our fridge did not work and we're traveling with cold food. I asked to change rooms and they had none that was comparable and they did not compensate us for not having a fridge/freezer for our food☹️

Pros:

Chloe was very personable and attentive. She hooked us up with paper plates and utensils when our Chinese takeout failed to include them. Breakfast was phenomenal. Waffle house wishes they had Hampton waffles! 👍Thumbs up guys n gals

Great hotel with cold AC and nice water pressure!
Pros:

This is such a nice hotel. I love that the water pressure was good!!!! The breakfast was really good. It was clean and the staff was really nice.

Well we found a place to sleep - got a shower - had breakfast and went on our way.
Pros:

It was clean - quite - everything looked ok

Cons:

Room 203 - had some kind of strobe light that flashed every few seconds all night long - the microwave had this beep going off every couple of minutes like it had just timed out - I was going to unplug it but I had to move this make shift cabinet the covered the little fridge - but the little cabinet was barely held together - I was afraid it would collapse if I tried to move it - and I didn’t want to get charged for damaging something that was already falling apart - so I pulled the microwave forward and luckily the microwave control went out so we didn’t have to listen to it beep all night - the towels were thin and there life was gone - should be replaced and at least one more towel and hand towel and wash rag should be standard - bed was too soft for me but that’s not your fault - the breakfast was nice and tasted good - but tooth picks should be put out for those of us who need them after a meal … the lady at the desk when we checked in was very nice and pleasant - I think the rate was a little high for the quality of a room I would expect from a Hampton property
