Filthy Motel!
Pros:

Nothing at all honestly

Cons:

The room was filthy, curtains very dirty. I've heard other people complian about bed bugs. They didn't even have the pillows we needed to accommodate 6 people.

It was a great stay aside from the homeless floating around the property

Cons:

We’ve been staying at this location for many years on our family vacation to Delaware. We usually get the condos facing the back of Cracker Barrel. For whatever reason my wife selected a single room this time which was located at the back of the parking lot. I don’t know if we just didn’t see what was around us while at the condos, or if it just began, but this location has became a haven for homeless. I’d see a couple people sleeping in cars behind Cracker Barrel sometimes, but now they are on the hotel property. I went to get coffee around 8am and saw multiple estranged people folded up on the stair ways sleeping, lurking in the walkways, etc. it was very obvious to see they were not hotel guests. I’m not going to degrade them with a description, but it was very clear what they had going on. people stay here with their families, that type of activity is not family oriented by any means. It’s not that I didn’t feel comfortable, I just don’t care to be around that activity on vacation at the beach of all places. I understand life has challenges, and the cost of living is high, but when other people’s challenges deteriorate the quality of paying guests surroundings that’s not okay. I don’t want to vacate around that type of environment with my family nor if I was alone. We really enjoyed this location over the years, but sadly this will be our last stay until there’s something done about the un invited guests floating around the property.

Not a place to stay if you want to feel clean and safe
Pros:

Nothing, very dirty and run down.

Cons:

Water was coming up through vinyl flooring when stepped on. Door had been kicked in jamb was all broken and split. Bathroom wasn't clean and had mold.
