Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal centro e con struttura facilissima da raggiungere. Bagno pulito e colazione molto buona e completa per questo tipo di struttura.

Bara att det va centralt .

Cons:

Vi kan börja med rummen slitna möbler stenhård och liten säng, litet badrum, sen hade värmen sa dom hade gått sönder och en dag utan varmvatten. Frukost gick inte att äta någåt och dricka kaffet det va så äckligt att vi va tvungnaatt äta frukost på baren vid torget, nej aldrig mer på detta hotell.

Nice 3 starts hotel, very located, perfect for short stays.
Pros:

The hotel is located at a 12-minutes walk from the Duomo, 4 minutes walk from the Accademia Gallery and 25 minutes to Uffizi Gallery. It has several supermarkets and restaurants close by, as well as bus, tram and taxi stops in 2 minutes. The staff was always smiling and friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast room - the breakfast starts at 8.00 and I asked if it was possible to have mine at 7.30. She opened the door earlier and had everything ready, always smiling.
The wifi is good, and the room has AC, a fridge and a small desk.

Cons:

The building is ancient, but it was refurbished, so the interior looks good. However, the rooms are somehow small and packed with furniture that could be renovated. The sound isolation is not the best I've had, because the corridors are narrow and the rooms are very close. Take into consideration that the elevator is really small, so if you have one trolley bag, only one person fits inside with it. It stops on the 4th floor, and if you stay at the 5th, you have to go one floor by the stairs, carrying your luggage. Overall, perfect for short stays, if you don't expect a lot.

Good place for short trip
Pros:

Good value for money if you are staying for a short trip. It is an efficient place, close to the train station and the center, you can walk everywhere from the hotel. But it is not a very "cosy" place to hang out in your room.
The staff is very lovely and available. They are in the hotel all night so very convenient for late check in :)
