Great location. Easy walk of main attractions. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful. 3rd time we have stayed.

Camera fredda, il riscaldamento non funzionava e non sono stata avvisata. Pensando che fossero spenti, ho provato ad azionare le manopole ma non si sono accesi. Solo quando ho fatto presente la cosa in reception, mi hanno detto che erano rotti e che potevo accendere il climatizzatore- In bagno c'era solo dispenser con sapone sul lavabo e nella doccia (niente cuffia , ecc,,), e come sopra, il riscaldamento non funzionante, Niente bollitore nè armadio. Era presente uno stand aperto con tre grucce senza la possibilità di appendere pantaloni. Colazione essenziale, il tavolo lo devi sparecchiare tu (te lo scrivono al tavolo). Le fotografie presenti su Booking del bar con divano non sono corrispondenti, il divanodi pelle è vergognosamente consunto, le foto non sono corrispondenti.

Accoglienza super ,ringrazio lo staff sia quello della reception ma in modo particolare chi dirige lo staff del buffet a colazione , vista meravigliosa di Firenze dalla terrazza, città meravigliosa unica al Mondo.

Ottima posizione in centro con bella visuale dalla terrazza sulla cattedrale.
Per quato riguarda il personale ottimo servizio 24 ore su 24 con tanto di bar.

Cons:

Larredamento antiquato e molto improvvisato.
Ad esempio il lampadario principale della nostra camera è stato fatto utilizzando tappi del latte, linguette e tappi dell lattine. Per non parlare del rivestimento della testata del letto fatto con pagine di un libro.
Mi aspettavo di piu da un hotel in centro ma apparte questo ci siamo trovati bene.
