Établissement très calme et confortable,
La posizione molto comodo per visitare tutta l isola, la struttura è circondata di calma e 2 min al mare su una bella passeggiata. La stanza vista mare. Lo staff molto gentile.
Mancava il riscaldamento nella stanza mi hanno dato una soluzione alternativa però diciamo che l hotel dovrebbe ricevere qualche rinnovo, anche il letto era un po scomodo.

Beautiful garden and pool area and high standard of maintenance . Couples seem to return for years so that says a lot!

Le personnel est aux petits soins pour la clientèle.....et Belfa tout simplement remarquable! Livio, le chef de cuisine,nous régale tous les soirs avec une carte de suggestions en fonction du marché. ...il sait inconstestablement y faire! quel plaisir de déguster sa cuisine....! Les chambres sont soignées et le room service excelent. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le "petit service du soir" supplémentaire avec le bonheur de retrouver des serviettes de bain propres et sèches juste après la douche du soir....et ça, c'est du vrai 5* ; les prix des consommations aussi bien au bar de l'hôtel que dans le minibar de la chambre sont très corrects. Incontestablement un séjour reposant entouré d'un personnel bien veillant et attentif...même si certains, plus jeunes, doivent encore "apprendre un peu". Le parking privé à l'intérieur même de la propriété est un atout majeur.
Un plateau café pour les lève-tôt afin de complèter l'offre généreuse du mini bar....

Having visited several times over many years, it's sad that no investment has been made in this hotel - furnishings looking tired, mattresses could do with replacing, no obvious interest by management in feedback from guests or staff - especially in relation to the food! We have returned because it's quiet and small and staff are friendly - we are always hopeful. Doubtful we will return again, which is a shame..
The setting is great with big rooms, a large heated pool and a hot tub. It was never too crowded, and we had the pool to ourselves the two times we used it. We found the food in the evening to be high quality.
The service really let the property down for us- there weren’t enough staff and some of those we did meet were poorly trained. Simple things like ordering a drink or a coffee, getting a cushion for a sun bed or ordering breakfast proved difficult. The staff were friendly and clearly trying their best, but at this price point we expected better.
Although just minutes from beaches and good restaurants, Villa Vik was a beautiful retreat from the hustle bustle of the tourist areas. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are pristine. The grounds are filled with private retreats to read or relax in the sun.

Everything was perfect. A truly peaceful accommodation in a nice location. The food was also great. The hot tub also helped a lot after a long day.
Lovely spacious room in lovely relaxed hotel. Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Only suggestion is that they could do with tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

A lack of tea/coffee making facilities in our room.We found the bed mattress uncomfortably firm to sleep on. Environmentally speaking, all the frequent towel and bed changing, as compared to many other hotels we have stayed in, made us feel uncomfortable.
