Red Roof Inn Vero Beach - I-95

Very little to not like. The property is undergoing a great deal of renovations. Plumbing and style design are be improved and updated...all while remaining open to traveling customers.

Everything- dirty linens but due to coming there at 3am nobody to assist with clean linens- very high priced for such a dirty dingy hotel- the shower was filthy and cracked walls and tiles - wouldnt even shower-way too expensive for what we paid! But I think that they jacked up the rates due to spring break. The guy was rude when we checked in. I actually think someone checked out and they didnt clean it. I slept in my clothes with a blanket over the bedspread cover and didnt use a pillow.

The bed was hard. AC noisy. TV didn't work. People hangout outside. Looked sketched

Water was cold in the morning when I needed to take a shower

There was no armchair or other comfortable seat, when I asked for one I was told there aren’t any on the property and that I was interfering w other guests trying to check in by talking to the desk clerk. That clerk also told me I couldn’t get a refund if I canceled the 2nd night of my prepaid reservation- absolutely not possible- then the next morning (when it really was too late) the manager told me that the clerk was wrong. While in the office I heard to handle several guests’ problems (eg no hot water or broken room lock) by saying there was nothing to be done “because we’re rebranding and I can’t fix everything at once”. Wow…too bad for you, I guess, and you and me too. There was also almost constant noise from people & cars in parking area which after watching for awhile seemed to be due to SRO-grade guests who were hanging out in cars, partying in and around rooms. A total SNAFU…

No coffee machine ,No soap, only 2 bath towels for 4 people, no tissue. Security deposit to high, higher end motels are charging less. Hampton inn and comfort inn is $50 and they have breakfast included

The property was run down need a lot of repairs big time nothing like in person and photos on booking.com. The stair was all rusted and corrosion. The roof by outside needed repairs my tv barely worked plus my bathroom door looked like some punch a hole into it and kind of patch it up so of. My bathroom sink when I open it the handle was weird only hot water and shower water valve was backwards hot was cold and cold was hot. The A/C took for every to cold all the way a night. I don’t know how this property pass inspection really

Very dirty

The phone line in room was cut
No house keeper to clean room
No fresh towels was giving call front desk very rude front desk agent stated we had to come down to front desk to get fresh towels
Hot water took at least 10 to 15 min to get hot
Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke even though it’s non-smoking room
Just horrible

Vert run down, clean but stained sheets, large fist hole in bath door, visible dirt on floors, flat screen tv on upon entering (creepy) only way to turn off was to unplug, barking dogs, broken sprinkler just outside room door shooting water all over area making lots of noice early in am, over flowing trash barrels etc

This hotel is horribly ran down. The stairs going up to the second floor are breaking and rust pieces all over the handles of the staircase. The TV didn’t work. We requested an ironing board and iron was not in the room. Matter of fact there was nothing in the room at all except for toilet paper and towels. The bathroom was dirty and still had the previous guest, dirty towels on the shower rack and hair in the shower. We’re not ones to complain, but I would hate for somebody else to pay that kind of money and get a horrible room like that. There was a dog barking next to us all night long.

State of repair is awful, rust, dated, tattered. No hot water in shower, took 5 days to get deposit back…. No apology from staff…. Food was awful at ihop …. Pictures no way reflect this place …. B.com need to remove it
