Room was dusty, and refurbishment not completed in our room
Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were attentive and extremely helpful.

The state of to rooms very dirty and old stains on carpets
The bar was nice and big.
The lighting in the room was get and there was only one mirror, which was in the bathroom.
Close to where we needed to be.
Car parking was nearly full at times and is an additional cost.
ALL staff are exceptional. So customer focussed and so friendly.
Staff were superb and the lobby, bar and breakfasts were brilliant.
No mirrors in the rooms, mattress not comfortable for over £100 per night.

Estaban de obras con lo cual habia algunos desperfectos en las habitaciones, pero avisaban de ello, con lo cual considero que entra dentro de lo normal cuando se están haciendo obras y atendiendo a clientes a la vez.

Staff and amazing and very friendly
It's all okay but I think you accept things knowing its going to be refurbished soon, so for example the shower is not very powerful, hair dryer kept cutting out.
Everything, especially the staff, never met such happy friendly and helpful people working in a hotel
We were travelling for a funeral and wanted to check in early , I had requested an accessible room or a room near the lift because of mobility issues , the room wasn't ready so we had to wait until evening to check in and then discovered that we could have had a room near the lift earlier but weren't offered it. Also the accessible room is at the end of the corridor which doesn't make much sense. Not everyone who needs an accessible room is in a wheelchair and so can be wheeled to the room, some people need the room for access to the shower and not have to try climb into the bath in order to wash
