Stay was excellent all staff were exceptional
Pros:

Excellent throughout good location. Staff went above and beyond nothing was too much. The food was also excellent. It was lovely to met the chef as it felt personal.

Pros:

I had a very enjoyable stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The facilities were good, and the overall experience was positive.
There was some refurbishment work taking place during my stay as the hotel is preparing to transition to a Holiday Inn. While this caused some minor disruption in certain areas, it did not significantly affect my stay. I look forward to seeing the finished transformation and would happily stay here again in the future.

Good place to stay but eat nothing but breakfast in the restaurant
Pros:

All good, especially room, staff and breakfast

Cons:

The evening meal was expensive and very poor quality food. I had fish and chips and the fish was barely edible, still had the skin on the fish and looked to be over a year old
