It was a clean and comfortable room both sides of our holiday. Tea tray and toiletries also included and lovely to have blackout curtains.
Parking was very expensive
Friendly staff. 20 minutes walk to the nearby shops and restaurants
Staff were great but property is tired and in between conversation to holiday inn. Also not clean, blood staines on sheets, made the mistake of looking under the bed, etc

Hotel going through maintenance but quality of rooms and needing and washroom were poor, regardless of maintenance. Only stayed at this hotel as it was close to venue.
Needs upgrading and there is a clear damp smell.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the beds were so awful! My 4 year old son even said he couldn’t sleep in his bed because it was ‘bumpy’ the springs were sticking out!
Poor quality food and drinks . More like a travelodge
Aside from the shower hose which was damaged and slightly leaking. Everything else was great.

Staff are the plus here, the room was quite shabby with any amount of stains on carpets, bathroom was clean, breakfast ok.
Parking is a rip off.
This property houses a lot of people who are homeless along with their families. Lots of single people who also look like they have just got out of prison. £10 each day for parking and breakfast £12.50 each on top of £160 a night stay. Overpriced. However great location for Luton regional pool. Rooms look a little tired. Staff are exceptional.
Check in was a very bad experience
Overall a good stay and the hotel provided everything I needed - comfortable room, working space, toothpaste (!), food and drink. Exterior looks tired but inside ok. Parking at an additional £10 feels steep. Staff were attentive and helpful when asked. Unfortunately in the morning another guest was conducting a very loud, shouty/sweary phone call in the outside seating area with a young child, and didn't seem to be approached to calm down or stop. Quite disturbing really. Other than that, perfectly fine!
This property is looking very tired. The standard of cleanliness particularly in the lifts and the bedroom carpets (covered in stains) left a lot to be desired.
Food and restaurant very average.
The hotel is a bit derelict on the outside but the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff makes up for that in short time.
Room was comfortable and liked that it had a fridge so i could buy lunch items. Several friends stayed together at the hotel, and it was great to have us all together.
Only downside was a friend having to pay for parking to visit me for longer than 30 min!
