Property was nice , clean and modern but service was lacking.
Pros:

The room was very modern and clean. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The heat had a bad odor, maybe the air filter needs to be changed. I was out of my room all day my entire stay, each day I asked for a fresh towel set for three people and on occasion received a set for two. The next day while I was out I called to ask to have towel set for 3 brought up, I got back to my room at 6pm and no one had came. I went and asked the front desk for a set, they only had pool towels (small) and hand towels. I don’t know about others but a clean washcloth every day should be mandatory in a hotel.

Over all is was a fair stay.

Location and price was good.

Cons:

The floor above us made a lot of noise when they would walk around in the room above us. A\C made noise all night and parents and kids were real loud till last by knocking on door slamming them and just loud in general.

Excellent staff and hotel conditions
Pros:

The hostess that greeted us was superb and the location was perfect and hotel conditions were excellent. Will stay again.
