Staff was more interested in their phones and personal conversations at both check in and check out. When new people come into your business attention should be on them not conversations and gossip with other staff members.

Room was clean. Staff was excellent. Outside property could be cleaner

Dusty bathtube still had used soap bar in the tub area

The location was good.

Started off bad. Couldn't get in the room. Gave us new cards. Still couldn't get in. Attendant came and couldn't get in. Gave us the room next to it. Room felt and looked dirty. Slept on top of the bedding. Limited TV. Kept buffering. Gym was in behind the laundry with dirty laundry on the floor. Supposed to have breakfast. Were lucky to make a couple waffles and there was one comtainer of yogurt.

The first night we were there my daughter woke up with her arm covered im bites. Quickly found bedbugs. I went to the desk and they put us in a different room. Everything was great in the new room. It was clean and comfortable for the next two days.

It was nice, the desk needing cleaning instead of just wiping off, my socks were black from walking on the bare floor. Besides that is was nice, friendly desk workers

It was a great hotel with a very equipped workout room and a well maintained pool.

I don’t like leaving these reviews. The staff was so very kind. Our second room wasn’t ready so we had one regular and one suite with no cost adjustment. Went to the room and two beds needed changed, and they were very quickly. Extra towels were brought right away. The beds weren’t uncomfortable.
The cable didn’t work. Water pressure was great! The pool was not operational. Breakfast was cereal or yogurt. We had McDonald’s instead.

Quick and easy exit from interstate. Good price

The room was nothing fancy but it was fairly clean, although not worth $104/night. The "cable TV was blurry and kept cutting out. The phone in the room didn't work and the tub wasn't clraned well. Tish at the front desk was very helpful and polite, which makes a difference to me as a customer. It's acceptable in a pinch but I wouldn't set out to stay there again.

Not provided enough towels, not working phone to call front desk even I tried from phone no one answered…No Wifi signal, poor breakfast…!!!

The manager was amazing and the rooms were really nice and the price was right!!

Floors of the room felt sticky

The room was terrible. Smelled like smoke. Told the front desk and asked to be moved the following night. Got back late and could not get in our room. Could see our stuff. Went to the desk and had to wake the night clerk up off the couch. Long store …do not stay there.

Do not stay here. The room next to us had a guy living there, pulled up and hanging outside with his friend listening to loud music and smoking marjuana. There was a drug dealer a few rooms down and we witness at least 30 cars drive up and purchase drugs. Power went out and the office didnt even know how to contact utility company to find out when it would be on. Room smelled horrible, had to go buy air freshners. Original had 3 nights stayed but it was so bad i didnt feel safe staying another night.
