Decepcionada, Mal oliente a humedad y algo sucios
Cons:

Nos dieron un cuarto sucio. Había cabello en la cama y algunas manchas de sangre. Olía muy mal a humedad, la alfombra cerca del aire acondicionado estaba mojado. Pedi que me cambiaran de cuarto y todo muy bien el otro cuarto lucia mucho mejor pero quedé decepcionada para este hotel no era lo que esperaba y el precio estaba alto para las instalaciones ofrecidas.

I will never booking this hotel again
Pros:

Linen was clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was not cleaning well, I found a pair of glasses, a pair of socks and men’s underwear in the chair on the desk. AC had mold and bath tub too.

Didn’t appreciate the added $100 for incidentals being added last minute. Been a week still haven’t received my deposit back.

It was very nice and quiet in the room. We didn’t hear children running up and down the hall like we do at most hotels.
