The property is well maintained, a little difficult to find it after dark for an older person, but I don't mind that. I felt the provided hot breakfast was very decent.
The beds are extremely firm, to the point where I was uncomfortable. On the other hand, my brother was extremely happy with them

Conveniently located for our needs
House keeping was non existent. We asked for room service every other day of our 4 day stay.
But other than grabbing towels from a server, we never had room service.

We really enjoyed the warm welcoming staff. All were pleasant and professional. Coffee and breakfast was also top notch acomfortable. clean and cmfortable.

Have stayed at this location a few times in the last 10 years. It was very disappointing this time.
The bathroom was poorly cleaned. The toilet was not scrubbed during the six days we were there. The carpet was filthy, staining the feet! It was disgusting! The sink faucet loose. Can't believe the cleaning staff are not aware of all this!

Clean, perfect location, felt welcome.
We had reservations for a roll in shower. When we got there they said we did not, I showed them the reservation which stated a roll in shower. She offered other rooms but thy were not handicap accessible. I am in a wheel chair. Only offer- refund which I took. I asked if they could help find another hotel, they said they could not. Very disappointed. I felt is did not matter.
