Did not ave Handicap Room as Promised
Pros:

We had reservations for a roll in shower. When we got there they said we did not, I showed them the reservation which stated a roll in shower. She offered other rooms but thy were not handicap accessible. I am in a wheel chair. Only offer- refund which I took. I asked if they could help find another hotel, they said they could not. Very disappointed. I felt is did not matter.

Good stay!
Pros:

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room was clean and in order. Only negatives was the trash can was over flowing at the entrance of the hotel and the ice machine did not work on my floor. Other than that it's what I expect from a Hilton hotel! 👍🏻

Palm Coast visit only
Pros:

Friendly front desk staff.
Recognized as Gold member and given water, no snack.
Room was clean.
Location of hotel easy exit off I95 but not a great area. If only visiting Palm Coast, would consider staying closer to “town” with more food options.

Attention to details lacking
Pros:

While our room was clean and the shower ok, there were problems during our stay. First off, we had no hot water in our sink but did have it in our shower. The pillows were not comfortable, and I found no soap in the lobby men's room. The ice machine on our floor did not work, and the one on another floor was leaking water. The shining light at this property was Kim, who was very friendly and helpful.

We loved it besides that lady at front desk
Pros:

I liked that the room was clean and didn’t have any problems checking in.

Cons:

Checking out was a nightmare the lady with short hair and big earrings was very rude she shouldn’t act that way towards guest and we weren’t being rude at all we just had a question if it wasn’t for that everything would have been perfect

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I visit many hotels.
I/we recently had an extended stay at the Hampton Palm Coast. It was very enjoyable.
Clean, well run hotel.
Efficient staff led by GM Lisa Hall.
Large room with a very comfortable bed.
A full breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruits and more.
A comfortable and safe hotel.
We will be back.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Great suites for our large family. Amazing breakfast with the best waffle maker. We came in late and there was no problem checking in. Everything was clean and as a mom I really appreciated the more pure soaps and shampoos. Well done all around!
