I genuinely enjoyed my time at Kingsgate Hotels. One thing that really impressed me was how spotless everything was. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for maintaining such high cleanliness standards — it made the stay feel fresh, comfortable, and stress-free.
The service across the hotel was smooth and reliable, and the staff made sure guests feel welcomed and relaxed. Considering the quality of service and comfort provided, the hotel offers great value for money. The team’s friendly attitude and attention to guest comfort made my stay memorable.
I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again.

It's a family stay ever best stay of journey staff is like family we are like at home they are very good rooms cleaning crew is very good they delivered the best service rooms are very clean thanks to all crew members at hotel

It's a very friendly stay and staff is very kind at your services they delivered the exceptional standards of service we are very happy throughout our stay with their smiles on faces and always willing to assist for any help rooms are comfortable with large bed and bathroom was well equipped with best amenities it's great value for money breakfast is awesome

Being a hotelier, I stay in many different hotels and experience varying service standards, especially when it comes to service delivery and operational discipline. I stayed at Kingsgate for only two days, but it truly made a difference. Everything was excellently structured, thoroughly organized, and well maintained, which clearly reflects strong discipline and effective management. Although it is a simple and basic hotel, the level of service exceeded my expectations. The team’s commitment to quality and consistency made my stay comfortable and memorable.

My stay at Kingsgate Hotel Abu Dhabi was excellent. The cleanliness was superb—everything was spotless and very well organized. The rooms are in excellent condition, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Although the hotel is old, it is extremely well maintained, which really shows in both the rooms and common areas. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value for money.
