Very very disappointed
Pros:

Honestly not much, simply the location.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel, the experience was way below par. From beginning to end it was very disappointing. The room didn’t have any toiletries and the only a few towels. The bathtub had hair in it and the overall cleanliness was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The electricity in our room fully stopped working and they had us change rooms since maintenance would take a while. After moving us to the new room the bathroom lights also stopped working with no compensation for that. The lighting in the room overall was horrible which made it difficult to see anything and they did not resolve this situation. Overall the comfort and the sanitation was not up to par.

Carolina en particular y el personal del Staff en general muy amables. Hotel acogedor, bien situado,

La nota discordante la pusieron unos impresentables bárbaros en la piscina sin educación alguna, a gritos y borrachos. luego al hacer el check-out estaban también liándola (no querían pagar no se qué cosa) Una pena que un 5***** tenga que soportar esta calaña de gente.
Las camas ( Al menos en mi habitación) no son dobles, son dos camas individuales unidas.
No obstante volveré.

Location is excellent - 100 yards and you're in the Jewish Quarter and its bars and restaurants. The lady who gave us a map of the city in the reception area was brilliant and very helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants to eat at - all were excellent
