Great place, Great staff I highly recommend.
Decent location, high expecatations dashed as soon as we enetered the room. Much smaller than photos show but we stayed positive. Bathroom floor had white spots, toilet very poorly caulked. Bathroom shower rod bracket spun causing curtain to slide open. The bed was one of worse we've encountered. Lumpy and higher on one side than the other. Sleep came after a very long time. When we returned from dinner, there were two police cars out front with officers tending to an extremely drunk woman in the lobby. At 1130pm, heavy steps above us went back and forth across the room making sleep impossible as well as the terrible mattress. At breakfast, 2 adult females were grazing in the breakfast line with pajamas and curlers in their hair. I think next visit, we'll be more cautious of dicey areas and run down hotels. I expected more of this hotel chain. We left a day early to avoid another night in this place.

This location was a great stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our room had a full fridge and a mini stove, which was very convenient. There’s also a pool and hot spa tub, and the gym is mostly cardio equipment with a solid set of dumbbells.
We stayed for two nights for a family event and really enjoyed both the hotel and the local area. Would definitely recommend.
convenient location; impressed with variety of options that were provided with the furnishings; also impressed with the pool equipment for the disabled. I could see where a person could settle in for an extended stay.

Nothing.
1. The rooms supposed to be cleaned every other day, but in reality they cleaned our room only once in 11 days, only after I called them twice through the reception. They changed the bed linen and took some of my son's clothes together with bed linen. I called to the reception straight away, but they never returned his items.
2. We had to leave earlier for 3 days (due to the health problems), but they never refunded us the amount which was overpaid. Furthermore, they never replied to my numerous emails and messages. They did promise to deal with the refund when we were leaving, but since we left they just ignored. I tried to get the refund through my travel insurance, but I needed confirmation from the Hotel, that they did not refund me. However, the Hotel just ignores my numerous requests about that. Outrageous!
3. Breakfast was poor. They never had tea bags, only coffee. So we had to buy tea bags in the supermarket, because my son could not drink coffee, obviously.
