Noise and not clean

I always book here!

Dead roach in room. Shower was nasty

Structurally filthy especially in bathroom. Why are there wood boards around the top of the shower? Rusty, shakey towel rack. Stains on walls in bathroom, moldy. Dust, dirt behind clock on bedside table and also TV. Cushion seat at window stained No charger access at bedside table. Blood stains on comforter.

Everything was well prepared and clean. Me and my girlfriend appreciate the black lady at the desk for being so polite with us as we had some issues before arrriving.

Map on computer made it difficult to find. Friendly staff, clean but picture on computer fancier than actual room. Several areas out of service. For our one night stay, we were pleased, but there could be some improvements.

Air conditioning good. Room clean. Bed Comfortable. Good Parking Area. Exterior Well Lit.

We had accessible rm 1st floor. Had to complain several times abouut room above us
Like a herd of elephants for several hrs. Even after 9pm

Room was right beside the elevator. Did not get any sleep.

Front office staff was really helpful but…. I had $10 laying on he dresser that was to be for the housekeeper, went to breakfast (didn’t checkout and left our stuff in the room) and someone came in and helped themselves to the money while checking to see if we had left yet!!! Glad it wasn’t a $50 I left laying around!!!!

The hotel has a musty smell as soon as you walk in the building. Our room was just as bad. The room was dirty. My husband had to clean the remote because it was sticky. The dresser was sticky and the filters in the ac unit looked like it has never been changed The faucet in the tub was leaking water the whole time. The breakfast was ok. The yogurt was day expired. We will not stay there again especially with the much better options next door.

Front counter person was excellent

first room TV was broken and cracked, second A/C not working correctly, blind had to be pulled shut would not work with control wands

Great front desk staff at check in and departure. Beds comfortable. Housekeeping knocked at 7am and woke us up! Breakfast bar largely unattended and littered.

Checked in and out within 5 minutes. Rooms are disgusting and that’s putting it mildly. Soon as we walked into the room we decided to check out. Dirty, weird smells, mold, to name a few

Very convenient ti the ECU Medical Center but very run down. Vending machines didn't work, furniture was in bad shape, hallways needed paing snd new woodwork, etc, etc.
Beds were clean snd comfortable and we were only there for one night, but would not rebook.
We have stayed at other Microtels that were amazing but this was a disappointment for sure.

I had a pleasant time there
