Comfort Suites Beaumont I-10

We got a suite with a sleeper sofa so we needed pillows for that bed. The only pillows on the two queen beds were small square pillows. Like the size of throw pillows, not standard pillows for sleep. When we asked the front desk attendant for a pillow she was very short & dismissive & told us there were no pillows. Also there was only one working ice machine in the entire hotel. The side doors did not work. There were holes in doors & walls that were poorly patched. We were very unhappy with our stay. Had our stay been refundable we would not have stayed the second night.

Seat chairs in breakfast area were cracked & peeling.
Breakfast not so good.
People eating breakfast barefoot.
Won’t stay there again.

Neighborhood is questionable. Hotel is fine.

The bathtub has some mold and uneven patches and lots of stains.the toilet doesn't flush very well and backs up what we just flushed. Swimming pool was dirty and unavailable, and the gym equipment was broken too. was mascara stains on my blanket. very disappointed.

Room smelled like pee. Smelled like someone may have peed at entry door A/c unit seemed to spew a pee odor as well when on.

Good stop for us, remodeled rooms,nice,comfortable, close to I-10

The card keys worked on occasion .

Front desk gave us access to a room that was occupied. We walked into a room with a lady that was sleeping. Can you imagine the shock we experienced?? Thank God the occupant didn’t wake up to us, she would have had a heart attack. The room we eventually ended up in smelled strongly of mold and our sheets were damp. Gross.

We had to wait a few minutes for the clerk behind the front desk to appear. The area around the property seemed a little sketchy.

Once in the hotel, it seemed much nicer than my initial impressions. It felt safe inside and was very comfortable.

Smell like Marijuana and dog, need to be properly cleaned. Found roaches in microwave/ refrigerator area.. just disgusting.
Outside was too many strange looking people standing outside. Bed was horrible lumpy and loud definitely needed to be replaced. I've stayed here multiple occasions, but this was unacceptable!!!

It's pretty good in term of service. I think it needs renovation.

The room cards didn't work. Need to reset multiple times and the staff was not friendly, I have to go back and forth 3 times on multiple occasions where the keys are working sometimes and not working. Gym and backdoor wont work with key cards

Room is very bad. Had a very bad smell in the room. Definitely don't recommend to anyone

It was ok, the ac wasn’t working and I was placed in another room

The hotel was clean, quiet and safe. The bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast included coffee, juice, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, granola, pastries, muffins, bagels and bread.

Not so good , spa water dirty and smell bad,pool water ice cold and the room smell mildew, not to mention the hall outside the pool room.
